Every time I've gone here they've gotten something wrong. I ordered a smoothie with no sugar, for dietary reasons, and yet there... seems to be extra sugar... The food can taste great. But then there are times where I find hair in my food. I have reached outand have received responses about ny experiences, but it's still disheartening to see that this keeps happening. Filthy. This is not what I'm used to when it comes to tropical smoothie. I've been to this store several times and the staff are... clearly young and poorly managed.
