Very disappointed. Went in tonight around 8:45 pm and was advised by the staff they do not make sandwiches after 8:40.... that's... horrible. Why.are you open until 9pm but stop making sandwiches. I frequent thiis location but this bar far was my worstexperience Read more

Every time I've gone here they've gotten something wrong. I ordered a smoothie with no sugar, for dietary reasons, and yet there... seems to be extra sugar... The food can taste great. But then there are times where I find hair in my food. I have reached outand have received responses about ny experiences, but it's still disheartening to see that this keeps happening. On top ofthis, the workers seem to be apathetic towards their customers. I want to like this place. But if my order is gotten wrong thisoften, I'm not going to be coming back. Read more

Filthy. This is not what I'm used to when it comes to tropical smoothie. I've been to this store several times and the staff are... clearly young and poorly managed. I'm not sure why this is the only typical smoothie that didn't cut wraps unless requested.Extremely poor overall experience and poor reflection on the franchise. Read more

It's a little hard to find by going the Google maps way from Kohl's, but we found it just to really see the entrance from the... main road. It was a tag chilly when we went so we went outside to eat. They had forgotten our bananas, but when I went backinside the cashier didn't give me any problem. However, they only had one banana and one apple left. Hubby said the apple wasvery good. 4 stars for the smoothie, zero stars for the appearance of the cafe. Please take some time to deep clean the place, the “food... prep” wall is so bad, plexiglass near smoothie machines are coated in stuff, fans over seating area have caked on dust,garbage pales near doors need to be cleaned….I try to turn a blind eye because I love the smoothies, but it’s beyond gross.Can only imagine what the back of house look like. Please just close for a day or pay staff overtime to deep clean the customerfacing areas. Read more

The food and smoothies are consistently great. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a triple berry oat today. Everything was... perfectly made. I come here at least 5 times a week. They serve tasty food that nourishes your mind and body. Consistent qualityand friendly staff. 5 stars. Read more
