Literally the worst Wendy?s in the area. Late night they never take cards only cash then they constantly lock the inside so you... can?t go inside to order. My order has been wrong so many time or missing something and I can never take it back because theyare so slow the drive through is always long. I?m missing food sauces and more this time. Update: also my sandwich is missinghalf of its ingredients. All this might slide if you were at least greeted with good customer service but sadly not. Read more

I?m having new tires installed on my vehicle and the wait is estimated to be around one hour. No worries, I thought, I?ll just... walk next door and grab a bite to eat at Wendy?s. Wrong. The inside is closed and unless you utilize the drive through there?sno chance in ordering. I called to see if an exception could be made - nope. Looks like I?ll play frogger across 360! ???? This location is a hot mess! The windows are all scratched and opaque, like they were washed with harsh chemicals that ruined... the finish. The carpet is stained and the tables and chairs are wobbly. The vinyl on the booths has rips and crumbs & trash inthe crevices. Every time I go there are always flies buzzing around the dining room. The outside isn't any better. Run down withweeds in the landscaping. The food is fine, same as any other Wendy's location. The employees are hit and miss. Some are greatand greet you when you walk in. Others are just apathetic. I believe the problem lies with the owner of the franchise. Theyaren't putting a dime back into building maintenance. I am surprised that Wendy's Home Office hasn't fined them or shut themdown. Very few people go inside. Most just hit the drive thru. The flies are a concern. From all the Kitchen Nightmares episodesI have watched, flies usually mean that there are filthy conditions in the kitchen. Yuk! Read more

Avoid this location if you can. They are garbage. They close down the drive through at 5:30pm so you cannot pick up your food... you order through the Wendy's app. Then if u go inside there are like 20 people ahead and upset. They have been crying for 2years and using this "we are short staffed" as a excuse. Wendys is lucky i dont stop going to the fast food chain period, allbecause of the total trash service of this 1 location. Read more

What an actual dump. 3rd car in line at 8:49. Got my ?food? at 9:21. That?s sad enough. What?s even more sad is having to listen... to a guy taking out the trash cuss at the car in front of me for asking what was taking so long very immature and inappropriate.I was told it was cash only. So I paid for my food with 3 $1 bills and quarters. The total was $5.20 so 9 quarters. As I?msitting at the window to pay, 2 associates are at the first window on their phone minding their own business. One of the lady?sthen opens the window, takes my money, and closes the window with just enough of a crack in it to hear her tell the coworkerthat ?of course its white people paying in coins?. So not only did the food take 30 minutes being the 3rd car in line, but myfood was wrong, watched a worker cuss at the car in front of me, get told cash only, and get racially profiled in the drivethru. Went through the drive through around lunch, waited in line for about 20 minutes. Got to the speaker and waited about 3 more... minutes for someone to say a word. My boyfriend had to say hello to get that response. Lady at the window taking money andgiving out the food was super slow. Sat at the window for 10 minutes. Gave us drink sizes meant for the kids meals when weordered mediums for the meals. For reference, I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, and my boyfriend got the spicy baconcheddar chicken sandwich. I got the right food, but he just got a chicken sandwich with nothing but chicken and bun. Overall,annoying experience and will not be coming to this Wendy?s again. Read more

Hate the new fries. They forgot to give me a straw for my coke. Did the drive thru, definitely faster than the last several... times I went inside to order and eat, which took absolutely forever to the point I was just going to leave. They obviouslyprioritize drive thru over dining in. Burger was ok but lettuce, mostly just two white stems and little green. Go back to reallettuce. And back to the old delicious fries. I was told they opened at 9am. I went in and stood at the register for 2 minutes while being looked at and ignored. I left while... saying, " I'm not staying any longer and being ignored. Guess you don't want my business that bad." The staff in charge met meat my car and said he was trying to get someone to take my order. He should have done it himself since he knew I was standingthere. He asked me what I wanted and he would take care of it. I waited another 6 minutes while a few cars went thru the drivethru. I left.
