Worst zaxbys ever ate at. No other customers there but me eating in the restaurant. 3 employees came from the back, sit in one... booth and started being loud and yelling back and forth over the booth. Sounded like one of the female employees was using foullanguage. Fries were horrible. Hard, cold and no flavor. I got tired of listening to the loud employees and trying to eat thehorrible fries and left before even finished half way eating. Tried to find a manager to give feedback but I would imagine withthe way the employees were acting, there was no manager there. Read more

I ordered online and got to the store. My food was not with online orders. I waited 15 minutes asitger food appeared. I fi ally... asked what happened to my order and they said mine was in the counter instead of with online orders and she just handed me thenow cold food. Just wanna take the time to commend the employees at this location. They were busy and understaffed during the lunch rush. They... kept their composure despite a few customers being very rude and inconsiderate. The manager on duty was cooking and handlingcustomers and still kept her cool when dealing with the rude customers. My food was fresh and delicious. Customer service wasoutstanding. Read more

Ordered 2 things and still wrong. Asked to move forward along with 5 other cars. Why have a drive thru? Then the poor girl... running the orders out was going to the wrong cars. Food was ok. Read more

First time visiting a Zaxby's on 8/4/22 and I was not impressed. Waited over 30 minutes for our food for dine in. One meal... was cold, the other was hot. Drink machine was out of a number of drinks so asked at the counter for coke from the drivethrough machine. 2 people standing there and was told to wait for the dining area drink machine to update. They knew it was outof drinks because while waiting to order I witnessed other people telling them. ** In the almost 45 minutes we were there themachine never updated. There were very few people in the dining area and all were waiting 30 to 40 minutes for their meals. Wesaw a couple of people ask for refunds because they couldn't wait any longer.
