Insanely slow drive thru and they?re way too pricey for what you get. We got a couple shakes and they were really disappointing.... The pumpkin pie shake was missing the whip cream and was so overly spiced. What a waste of time and money. I?d rather go get apint of ice cream at the store for much cheaper. Read more
Hands down the best food experience I've ever had. Food was great restaurant was clean but the overall experience with the... employees was exceptional. I ordered a large meal from my family reached into my pocket to pay and I forgot my wallet. Went toleave and your manager(assuming with the way he presented himself) payed for my meal. His mentality in doing this goes towardsideology in the greater man. He simply asked me to pay it forward. I will with pleasure, but know arctic circle, thisestablishment is doing better not cause of your policy's but by the great staff holding down the place. Read more
I felt really degraded to have to ask for a key to use the restroom. Yeah, like an old nasty gas station... Which then made... me realize that entire place was not clean. BUT... the blackberry shake was marvelous. Which is how they got 2 stars insteadof one... Read more
We showed up here at 3:30 on a Tuesday. We were driving past and the last Arctic Circle my fiancé went to closed over 40 years... ago in California! He nostalgically got the same burger he had last time, the #8, combo. He did remark that the price wasconsiderably more, as the last burger he had was $0.24! I had the taco salad, which was HUGE, and served in a huge corntortilla bowl. Jeff spent quite a bit of time talking about how wet and juicy the burgers were?.first bite? Soaked his burgerbox and both hands. He loved the fry sauce, and the huckleberry shake tasted like a pie with ice cream. The service wasexemplary! Read more
I love Arctic Circle, but they really let me down this time. Normally, their chicken tenders are crispy but instead they were... soggy, not-so-well cooked tenders. Even the fries were soggy. It?s not worth the price if they come out this way. I?m verydissatisfied. Read more
Went to this Arctic Circle recently because it has a fun kids play place that is actually open. The food was good. I got a Taco... Salad and there was a very nice employee lady that helped me and made my salad exactly the way I wanted. I'm a very picky eaterand she made my food correctly. Salad was good. The taco meat in the salad was hot and tasted fresh. I did really like thetortilla bowl. Everything was good and they do accept their Arctic Circle coupons from their website that you can show them onyour cell phone. Will return again. Thanks :) Read more
Nothing made me sick and they got the order right. The cheese curds were good. Everything else was meh at best. You have to... ask the employees for everything: straws, fry sauce, even the bathroom access. Service was decent. If I do come back it willjust be for the ice cream, not the average or below fast food. Read more
