Please please please STIR the coffee if you add syrup/flavor sauce. Or add it first and pour the coffee on top so it will mix.... Every single coffee I get here, all the syrup is at the bottom and not enjoyable until i get home and can stir it up. Read more

I am addicted to their mocha chino w/xtra shot and whipped cream. Nobody makes it like they do if they even make it at all.... Coffee is just the perfect hot, hot, hotness, it is not sweet, and it is not bitter, it is just right. Great service out thetake out window. Read more
I love Beans and I am fully aware of the staffing shortages and busy times, BUT I got in the drive thru line with two cars ahead... of me....took 16 minutes to order and receive my simple order. I was almost late for work thinking it would only take 5-10min atmost (typically does). The girl at the window left as well so I wasn't able to ask for an ETA or let her know that I may have totake off even though I had already paid. No bueno ???? Read more
Stopped in for a coffee this morning, first time visiting. Americano was excellent and the person that took and prepared my... order was extremely friendly and even took the time to ask if I had any plans for the day, etc. Always nice to find anestablishment that still values customer service Read more
In need of a boost this morning I decide to hit this location. Quality here has been iffy the last few months but I thought I... would give it another try. I regret my decision. I ordered a large hot Carmel Cielo with an extra shot and was given hot waterwith a slight roast coffee flavor. No caramel. No espresso. This has happened before and my team and I from one of the largerbusinesses across the street to the south will no longer be patrons at this location. Read more
This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to... train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, orconcern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. Myhusband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchisedid away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don?t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer.Their Americano coffee is delicious!!
