Horrible experience. Ordered our food for delivery well before a rush, with expected timing to be an hour. Our address did not... pop up, so I sent it to our townhome complex with my phone number to call when they got here (you cannot manually place anaddress, it has to match with one in their system). After waiting 1.5 hours, I called to see where our order was. They didn'tknow where it was, and said a third party delivery driver had taken it. When asked to speak to the driver they had noinformation, and couldn't contact the driver. We never got our food, I never got a call from the driver, they just dropped itoff somewhere random. I downloaded the "Slice App" which they text to you saying you can track your food. I was given no ordernumber or information to place into the app, so I had no way to track our food or communicate with anybody. I later get a emailsaying they cannot refund the money as it is against their "policy". Pretty awful handling of the entire situation. Read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPIRED FOOD! My husband and I ordered a pizza and Soda off of Doordash. When it arrived, the food was cold... and soda was completely flat. It EXPIRED in May! When we called to complain, the lady was completely rude and it was hard tounderstand staff. Read more

Poor quality food compared to the west valley location. Usually a much longer wait than usual because they also use door dash to... deliver their food instead of their own drivers. Last instance of that the door dash driver sampled both of our pizzas and thenattempted to reshape them, hoping that we wouldn't notice. Last straw for us is calling to place an order during open hours,only to be told to call after 4pm. It was 4:58 pm at the time of the call. So disappointed in this location, we gave it over ayear and a half since we moved into the area... but after everything we've experienced we will never be coming back. Ordered combo without Olives. Had to go through hoops to get a refund after waiting over to hours for my pizza to ne delivered... through Slice....they deliver my pizza to the wrong house. They sent me back to Slice for their error Read more

Not really worth the $40 that we spent. It looks completely different than pizzas we have gotten there before and the crust was... so thin that that pizza just folded over on itself (no, we didn?t order thin crust.) Also Word of caution don?t use the appSlice that it directs you to when you google it, to order pizza in advance. I wanted to order a couple of pizzas but didn?twant to wait there so I figured I would order ahead so they would be ready when I picked them up. I was shocked to see that theprices that I paid were significantly more expensive then had I just ordered there. Had I known there was such a huge pricedifference I would have just waited.
