The drive through was moving well and the lady who took my order was efficient. I had the salad and chose chicken as my protein.... It was not very good. They also gave me a stupid amount of dressing for a huge salad. See the picture. The beans, rice, andtortilla were good. The chicken sucked and the dressing was not near enough for all the lettuce. Ok I don?t know what the deal is but this drive thru is one of the worst drive thru?s I?ve ever been through, I tried to get... brush it off and go again but than again a horrible experience, there is no way in hell this is worth 10 dollars worth of food.And the food looks absolutely horrible, someone in that store needs to be retrained because this is unacceptable. We had a great experience at the drive thru Monday night, I'm so glad this location has one. Our food was prepared very quickly... and I had a great time speaking with one of the employees, Tamara! One star is actually being nice. I ordered my food pulled up to the window sat and waited for 25 minutes all while trying to get... their attention. There were four young high school kids laughing and goofing off. Finally one came to the window and said ?OMG Iforgot about you? and laughed to which I replied ?it?s not funny, I have waited 25 minutes.? All she said was ?Welp? and shutthe window in my face. Finally gave me food without an apology and handed me my food rudely and all put out. I get home and it?snot even my order it was someone else?s, so now two customers have incorrect orders. I get it is hard to find people who want towork but these young kids need more training if they are working in customer service. What a joke it was. Read more
I ordered the steak burrito with extra meat. It was phenomenal. I tend to go out to eat a lot with people from my work. I... always love Costa Vida. The food tastes more fresh and authentic than some of the other similar restaurants. The staff isalways super friendly and restaurants are clean. Great experience everytime. Read more
So we ordered costa Vida (to go) last night using a credit because we had previously received the wrong food. Y'all. We didn't... even get kids meal portions in our entrees. We literally watched the employee hand pick the 8 or so tiny pieces of chicken forour full size quesadillas. There weren't even enough chips to finish the queso, and the scoop of beans was an embarrassment.(All items were full to the brim on the employee side, yet they picked through and appeared to be hand counting each individualpiece.....) Usually when places skimp out on food, they overload it with cheese. Not costa Vida! My quesadilla was beyond dryand inedible. No cheese, hardly any chicken. We ended up making dinner after our $25 meal because we were still hungry! Such awaste. Read more
Went around lunch time and even though it was a bit busy the service was super fast! The staff was super friendly and the... gentleman that helped me out even gave me some extra mango salsa! The chicken tacos with rice and black beans were super freshtoday. Dine-in is open and there's plenty of seating! Read more
