They couldn?t even be bothered to give me a top bun, let alone more than 6 strands of lettuce. The shake was also warm and... soupy. The fries were practically child sized. To complete the package, the teenagers all looked like they?d rather be dead thanwork there, with no higher end management in sight. Avoid! Read more

Lights were on fifteen minutes before close. Sat in drive thru for ten minutes then found out they were closed after a line of... people blocked us from getting out. No sign saying they were closed google says they are supposed to be open. There signs saythey are open as well. We will no longer be going to Culver's i really never get very good service here anyway. Next visit theymessed up my order twice. Read more

Waited over 5 minutes for a single root beer shake. There was nobody else in the lobby waiting for food. There was however a... group of kids (I guess workers?) standing over on the ice cream bar chit chatting. Oh, and one decided he would just havehimself some ice cream. Oh ya, I was still waiting for mine. Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes as the lobby was closed and there was a line already but we love the food so we waited... assuming that you where short staffed as everyone seems to be. Got our order, my salted caramel cashew mixer was a Carmelsundae, and with cherries?, so disappointed. Then they forgot our onion rings so we had to pound on the door to get theirattention. The wonderful drive thru chick brought them out and was then locked out of the store by 2 male employees. Veryunprofessional and she was upset. It took us an hour to get food and then to see your employees horsing around. It's no wondermy order was messed. I asked for her to repeat it and she got it right but yet the food was wrong. I order garden salads withranch and I got chicken cashew salads without dressing. The only one that seemed to be doing there job was the drive thrugirl.wish I would have gotten her name. Read more

This was HORRIBLE! Expensive & ridiculous, you can get $1-$2 burgers anywhere that are bigger & better than these $5-$7 burgers!... The first pic is a $6 "sourdough melt" as you can see its not thick sourdough or sourdough at all! Its a thin piece of whitebread with a small slice - like literally 1 slice of Arbys meat (not the pile 1 slice!) As you can tell its hard to find themeat, and no flavor- a little salt would be ok. Same prob with mushroom patty melt-try to find the patty! Its almost paperthin, full of grease & gross (my 6 year old wouldn't eat it!) Judging by the line of cars - we were in the drive thru for nokidding 36 minutes!- i figured they would at least be good, especially with the prices, but even the "large" fry was a small baghalf full! Wgat in the world!!! The only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is because the shakes were absolutely delicious! And the staff was friendly, but DEFINITELY not worth the money! So sad! Read more

About the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Got a dinner with mashed potatoes and... gravy, brought the potatoes, seemed everyone knew they were out of gravy just didn't think that was important to tell thecustomer. Mushroom Swiss burger had 1 mushroom slice, not a whole mushroom, 1 slice. Forgot 1 shake, no Tatar sauce for the fishdinner that was advertised with Tatar sauce no lemon and the fries that came with the dinner had a total of 5 fries, waffle icecream cone layed on the serving tray. No cheese sauce for the pretzels and cheese bites. Come on this is not hard folks. Managerstepped in to correct what he could after a couple of trips to the counter. Read more

Thus is the third time I've been here and every time I'm disappointed. Long wait times, messed up orders, and now this time...I... feel like I've been cheated!! Four items...three pictured and it took over 20 minutes. The other item was my concrete mixer andeven that they messed up. I asked for bananas and no bananas. Pictured is the three items: cod sandwich, small mashed potatoesand gravy and the one I'm not happy with...side of broccoli. It cost me more than $2 for that!! And there is no option for alarger side. And tonight, I was not the only one upset with wait times. Another customer waited as longer for their food andthey had two slightly much larger orders. And on a side note: the outside menu board does not have all their food items...sidesincluded. That's why I went inside this time because I wanted to see the whole menu. This store really needs to work on theirtimes in the kitchen. It is unreal to be called a fast food restaurant and have a drive thru when wait times are way past 10-15minutes per order. Yes, there are three different types of meat and lots of variety; but that does not justify the times. EvenSonic drive thrus are faster!! And for the record, I work at the number one fast food in a few categories in the nation. I knowhow quickly food needs to get out and how waiting on kitchen can be difficult for the guests. The staff at Culver's needs morepeople. The person at the register was not addressing new customers as they came in and took awhile to get over and take theirorders. Two people doing desserts...one for drive thru and for front. More people overall could help their time in thered. It's still good food but still, work smarter not harder and of course be accurate with speed. Read more

Last time that I?ll come here. I ordered a salad with chicken. My lettuce is frozen underneath, my cucumbers look like they?ve... been heated up. My chicken is hot on the outside and frozen on the inside. I went through drive through and got back to workbefore I opened the container, and now there is no time to go back. They say they don?t compromise on quality, but obviouslythey do. There is not a single part of this salad that I can eat, and that is truly disappointing. Read more
