I picked up my order, and the only thing on there was cheese, mayo, lettuce, and a minimal amount of pickles with rock hard... bread. I got the veggie sandwich with a couple things added and the tomato?s and avocado spread taken off. Luckily I wasrefunded, but I don?t know how you could possibly mess up a simple sandwich lmao. I've been inside twice, and got home to my sandwich being wrong. I've ordered delivery 3 times and it has been a disaster each... time. The first time it was an hour after they had told me it would arrive. The 2nd time was a replacement sandwich and theydidn't make it right. The owner called me and asked for another chance to make things right, so I ordered again last night, andlow and behold it shows up with bread (I ordered an unwich) and there was just a sprinkle of lettuce. I had no choice but tojust eat the insides, but I couldn't even do that because the avocado spread tasted rotten. Oh, and let's not forget howunprofessional their order takers and delivery drivers are. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. I will get mylast free sandwich from them, but I'd be surprised they can come up with something to get me to return. Read more
We had lunch there on this day. The one thing I can say about this location, is that it's always consistent. I always order the... ultimate, and it's always been the same here. The food was good, and the the service was fast, and polite as always. I didn'tgive it 5 stars today due to the fact that I was told that the women's restroom needed attention. Read more
Usually this location is great but its been going down hill over the past year or so. I ordered online and although my food was... delivered fast none of the sandwhiches had any toppings. If I wanted a boring sandwhich with no lettuce, tomatoes I could ofsaved myself 20$ and made it at home myself. Read more
I don't know why the reviews on this store are so low. I've eaten from here many times and the sandwiches are just fine. The... only thing I don't care for is the lettuce as it is obviously bagged lettuce but it's the same at all sandwich shops. Theirbread is good the meats are good, especially the roast beef, they get 5 stars from me. They also have the best cookies!Individually sealed and big enough to qualify as desert. Read more
