Bad experience with a rude young female employee. There was a pump that was out of order and so I went inside as I didn't know... there was anything wrong until I saw the nozzle was sitting on top of the pump. I asked if my card was still active as I needto go to another pump. She screamed "DIDN'T YOU SEE THE YELLOW CONE IN FRONT OF THE PUMP?" I told her, "How would I know thata yellow cone meant that the pump was out of order the lane was not blocked. I told her she should have put a sign on thepump." She started yelling at me and told me leave so I flipped her off and left never to go to this station again. Poorcustomer service. Zero Stars, Read more

Closest Maverik to my work. The people who work here are friendly and always say hello to me when I walk in. Even though they... have signs up saying that some stuff might be out of stock due to short supply, they always seem to be stocked up. The onlything that I can think of is that the park there sucks! Its always busy and sometimes its hard to find a parking space or to getout of the parking lot. Read more

I frequent this maverick service station as I live near by. I was always willing to overlook the gas prices as they were .10... cents higher then the stations near by because you you get used to the routine. Tonight was a game changer. I went in late atnight looking for Tylenol and they only had cold and flu. It was $4.00 for 6 tablets. It didn?t bother me at the time but, Idiscovered when I got home that my wife is allergic to the main ingredient dextromethorphan. I was headed to work literally anhour after the transaction and decided to return the Tylenol and get the right kind elsewhere, but when I walked through thedoor with the receipt in my hand, the clerk went back to ask the night manager how to do the refund, when she came back herwhole demeanor had changed. She was all the sudden very rude and crass, saying ?it?s store policy that we don?t do anyreturns?, I asked even if I bought the product from you, and I have the receipt, and it was less than an hour ago, and it wasnever opened?? She said ?no?. And looked towards the door.. I was shocked! This couldn?t have been the same super sweet early 20something that welcomed me to makerik 5 minutes earlier. I will never do business with this location again. I felt so offended.I recommend going just a little further East to the maverik on 7200 and 1300, they are a lot more forgiving, plus they dorefunds if it?s the same employee. Crazy.. Way to go maverik, you?ve lost a customer for life! And who knows how many more, after hearing my story.. Brian Read more

If this is the maverick next to top golf. This is the location that ripped me off. I didn?t pay enough attention I guess. Make... sure you get a receipt when you shop here, especially if the person is a female cashier. Yeah it was just two dollars that sheshorted me. But imagine if she did that to a lot of the customers. Read more

Don?t anticipate having a warm breakfast at this location often times nothing is prepared even at the 8:00 hour most importantly... the lack of customer service is even worse. I simply asked if there were any burritos made and the manager snapped at me statingall the things she?s dealing with at that time. Okay not my fault I just asked a question there was no need for that response.???? I?ll be sure to get to my local Maverick where they are more professional and not so snippy when you ask a question. We call this Maverik ?Broken Maverik?. It really lives up to its name. The signature tasty Maverik drinks always taste like the... formula has been watered down. Most recently it tastes like Root Beer has been ran through all the lines. They never have hotfood, and when they do it looks worse than a Gordon Ramsey rate my food meme. We were going to let the rating go and just letthem be, but yesterday we had a run in with the manager. There were no x-large cups. Looked in the cooking section for anemployee couldn?t find one. The front counter cashier is slow and has a line of 6 people deep and can?t help. My husband openeda cupboard looking for a cup. Apparently that is the only thing that gets the managers attention. Rather than her coming out andasking if there was a problem she nearly knocks me down as she blew past completely ignoring my question. She rounded the cornerand disappears. A few moments later she reappears with cups. This tells me a few things. 1) She knew exactly what cups needed tobe refilled without needing to be told. This means she knew about the empty cups and didn?t care. 2) She has zero understandingof customer service. Well, here is how customer service works. Good customer service equates to repeat customers, and goodreviews. Bad customer service means a bad review and loss of clientele. My advice is go the 2 miles west to the new Maverikwhere you get better customer service and better drinks. Skip stopping at this broken Maverik. Read more
