Cashiers are making extra tip money on claiming they have no change to give back for cash. I call BS! There is no coin shortage!... Banks are not limiting what they get! Not a great experience employees were rushed and not very focused on accuracy or detail. Requested no onion on my sandwich guess... they didn't hear me because there was onions. I cannot believe how much the quality of service declined under the excuse of a pandemic combined with the fear or dislike of... "undesirable" people lingering or loitering in the area... Let me explain: - inside the lobby long lines and long time to beserved which is ridiculous in a "fast food" establishment especially a McDonald's franchise - tho' the staff is working hard andnot sitting a second just to keep up with the orders from drive trough combined with the dining lobby area, they are overworkedand understaffed to properly serve the customers - I've asked what time they close the lobby dining area and no one could giveme a straight answer and was no clear posting hours on the doors entrance as usual - the beverage fountains, two of them notworking, for a drink or refill need to ask and wait long time the staff - no ketchup and mustard and mayo available for usewhile dining inside, you need anything you need to ask and wait long time for a staff member - even so, no mayo at this locationat the time of my visit and that's a deal breaker for me - no power outlets so no way one can charge his phone or do some workon a laptop while enjoying the meal, what do we think this is?? A civilized McDonald's in 2022 customers friendly?? No, not atall... In fact there was a resemblance of some power outlets installed at the time of building the lobby dining room but wereall covered if you can believe it so people, customers eating inside the lobby dining area won't use... how screwed up isthat... Do not order from this place. Absolutely disgusting. Fort union McDonald's is way better than this location. Also there was no... A.C. in the building. Manager was extremely rude. And food was poorly poorly made. Also tables were so dirty. And felt sounsafe. Read more
Probably the worst customer service I?ve ever had anywhere. Pulled into the drive thru and that?s where it started. I got told... go ahead. Okay sweet I ordered my food and it?s lunch rush so both lanes we?re going. He didn?t tell me an amount just said pullforward. Alright then I get to the window and told the order. I ask is it the right order? He said yeah the ?big one?. Uhmm Idon?t know what the other lane ordered so I don?t know if my 4 meals and 2 kids meals was the ?big order?. He then startspounding on the screen and rudely repeated the order. Okay that?s the right one. I pay and pull to the next window and they handout the drinks and they put my 2 kids meals in large cups. That?s cool and all but how is my 2 year old gonna drink out of thatin his car seat? They grabbed the drinks back and said next window. So I do as asked and pull down. A little while later someworker opens the window not even half way and pushes it into my truck. Alright well can I get a couple sauces? He hands out thesauce and slams the window. Will not be back to this and if we hate our jobs so bad why are we working here? Food was throwninto the bag, 3 sandwiches were smashed in the bag, fries were still cold and soggy, chicken nuggets we?re probably doubledipped because it would be a perfect hockey puck. They completely ignored me in the drive through. I drove up with only one other car in the other ordering lane. Just as it... left, another car drove up in the other lane. They took their order first. Not a problem. Accidents happen. Maybe my drivethrough order speaker is broken. Another car pulls up, they order before I do. I decide my lane's speakers must be broken. Ileave to go around and get in the other lane. The cars that were behind me, in the lane I had left because I thought it wasbroken, are ordering. No one is in the other lane. Maybe, after the car in the other lane finishes, they'll now serve me.Nope. All the other cars in the other lane are served before me. I'm the last car left and they finally get ready to take myorder. Why was I ignored? It's not that I needed to be first, I can get over that... what hurt was feeling like I wasintentionally being ignored... because??? Why? I'll get over it. This is the McDonald?s where a child shot at police, or tried to in the drive through- check it out on you tube and it made... national news and consider If you want to be near their location. They also sell things on door dash and Uber eats they knowthey won?t deliver and get to rip you off which is what motivated me to get to this point. Garbage. The shake and smoothiemachines shut down but they sell you but won?t give you a refund. Garbage service and intentional scam.
