Finally decided to try this place out since I?ve heard such good things over the years. I was disappointed to say the least, the... prices are outrageous for what you get. We paid nearly $12 for one six inch meatball sub. The restaurant was nearly empty yet itstill took 15 minutes for them to get our one sub to us. When it finally came it was wrapped in so many layers it wasreminiscent of Russian nesting dolls. After opening, the layers made sense because they added so much sauce it was no longer asandwich, you?ve got to keep that from leaking somehow I guess? We had to end up asking for forks and knives to even eat thisthing. Two stars because once we figured out how to eat it it was pretty good overall. I would not recommend this place to afriend. Today I purchased (3) Philly Cheesesteak (12") sandwiches for a business lunch. To say the sandwiches were disappointing would... be a terrible understatement. When you pay almost $80 for three sandwiches you would expect to receive something great. Thesewere not. There was enough meat, onions, peppers, and mushrooms on each 12? sandwich to fill a 4" sandwich, so if we combinedall three sandwiches into one we probably would have loved them. The flavor was great but the quality control in assembly needsto step up. I overpaid for what I received and feel taken advantage of. This was not the experience I've become accustomed to. Istarted going to Moochies on 800 South many years ago and quality continues to slip. Today's experience was bad enough towarrant a complaint. Hoping it gets read. Read more
Food was great! If you try this place, remember you have to look at the menu for toppings. We tried the Philly steak it was... great! The bread made it even better! Add the jalapeño ranch dip to make it even better! The employees were very nice andattentive. Only thing they need more tables and a working women's restroom. Read more
I am definitely going back. Their food was amazing and I want to try a lot more items off the menu. I got the Atomic Meatball... sandwich and it was fantastic. My partner got the famous Philly cheesesteak and that was awesome too. The fries were very good.And the sauces were the highlight of the meal. I think that?s why people like this place (it?s definitely what did it for me).They have fantastic sauces. The staff at this location were very friendly as well. We ordered take out last evening - Philly Cheesesteaks. They are usually so good. Last night the price had gone up... substantially and we had hardly any meat at all on our sandwiches. Mine had wilted lettuce and mostly sauce. They wereterrible. It was very disappointing. You guys can do better than this, especially when you're charging over $10 a sandwich. Read more
This place makes a consistently great cheese steak sandwich. You can have it made like they do on South Street in Philadelphia,... or you can mix it up with what you like. The pickle fries and special sauce are delicious and treat yourself to a big cookiewhile you're there!! Mmmmmm Read more

Wow this store was not great! This was hands down the most disappointed I?ve ever been from a mooches. Girls at the counter were... chatting while I stood there. The sandwich has half the meat it usually does and what they did give me was burnt. I don?t livein Utah anymore and I always look forward to my visit to Moochies when I?m in town, but after this?
