This is one of favorite Popeyes locations. I try to go when it isn't too busy, as I know sometimes they have a bit of a hard... time with too many customers at once. That being said, their service is great, the place is usually pretty clean, but best ofall, their chicken is top notch. I love their crispy chicken sandwich most of all. It's tender and filled with flavor. The friesin blackened ranch sauce are superb as well. The tenders are also good but have more of a crunch to them. Great food. Read more
30 minute wait for my food (11 piece family meal) through the drive through. I get that it was busy, but there was no "sorry... for the wait" or "thanks for your patience" or any acknowledgement at all. The also forgot a part of my order (3 piece beignet)and had to wait for them to correct that too, again with no word of apology. Good food, for sure, but the team needs somecustomer service training. The food was good like always. Love Popeyes. But the workers were slow as could be. All laughing and giggling. People leaving... cuz they just stand in line and no one is helping. Everyone looks busy but no. Took 20 min for 1 peice of chicken. Need allnew employees. Need immigration too. Read more
Food is great, but customer service is total garbage! The guys/girls who work the drive through should put more effort into... helping instead of standing there staring at everyone working, if your going to allow employees to stand around then make suretheir also standing around waiting to take walk in orders because it should not take 10 minutes to be acknowledged and have yourorder taken, nor should an employee whose standing around say no you have to wait for this person to place your order. Went to get two meals and an extra side. After ordering the first meal, we said that we have a separate order. Asked for the... other meal and the side. Went to window and were told the total is $32. We explained that we had two separate orders, theyreplied with "okay, your first order is $32." We told them nevermind and paid for both orders with one payment method. Theyasked if we'd pull around to the front and wait 5 minutes so they could bring our food to us. We said okay and took the onlyempty spot right in front of the building. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside. A lady was about to walk outside with twobags of food so I showed my receipt and asked if it was my order. She said that someone else came out but couldn't find me....How hard did they try?? So I got my food and left.... but wait, there's more. One meal was for mashed potatoes and an extrabiscuit, the other other was with fries and an extra order of mashed potatoes. We received soggy fries in both and no extrabiscuit. The blackened chicken was okay, probably would've been better if it hadn't been sitting for so long. Never again will Igo to this location. They don't seem to value order accuracy or their customer's time. Read more
When we arrived the drive up was kind of long. We had never been there before so went inside to look at menu and get takeout. ... We ordered, we waited for almost one half hour. I went to ask what was happening and employee stated, you are 96 right? Well itis at least ten minutes more, we are out of chicken, but i could see trays of it ready. Although told him this was fine. In themeantime no less than six grub hub and 3 call in orders came in and they filled all their orders first. They filled all drive uporders, at least six cars after where we would have been. I went to ask again as it had been 15 more minutes. I was advisedthey were starting my order now. pretty slow for simply 2 biscuits and 5 pcs of chicken. I know they were working hard, butwe sure didn't feel like any priority. We wanted a quick bite and could have gone elsewhere, sat down and eaten by then. A guyright before us sat, down and finished and left before we got our food. Food was fine and fresh, just need to fix this issue.Thanks much. Read more
Love Popeyes ?? Fast, delicious, good service and nice stuff. The restaurant itself is not crowded and very clean. Food was... ready for us in 7-10 minutes. The price of the meal is about 10$ per person. This place has a military discount. Read more
Our order was filled quickly and correctly, tasted great! Service was good too. I saw a lot of bad reviews, based on this note... from the director of operations they are working changing things for the better. I thought it was neat that he had set that noteon the counter where you order. Read more
