Really great employees, food was pretty fast and kids have a good time at these kinds of restaurants. The food is okay and what... you would expect for the category. They make a wide array of drinks and slushies that tasted pretty good. Their mobile appactually works compared to other brands that cannot get an easy to use app and experience. Nice to have a few locations tochoose from, wish there were a few more. Read more

My friend and I stopped here on 10/24 @ around 8 PM. They did not have many cars in the drive thru or parked and it took them... forever to get us our food. At the 25 min. mark, we pushed the red button to ask where our food was at, and they turned off themic on me, not allowing me to say ANYTHING and brought out our food right away. That leads us to believe they forgot about usand were only reminded when we pressed the button again. Our food wasn?t cold, but it wasn?t hot. I then had to press the buttonagain because they forgot half of our order. They brought it out and left as we were opening the bag. We realized they forgotour dipping sauces and forks and AGAIN pressed the button to get our missing items. (Keep in mind.. all of this was requestedwhen we first placed the order.) when they answered, they asked what we needed and I only got a few words out when they cut themic off. They turned the mic off as I was speaking and came out about 5 minutes later to rudely hand me a paper bag with tworanch packets and a BUNCH of random other sauce packets. We never got our forks and had to eat chili cheese tots and saucecovered chicken with our fingers. It was really annoying to have to drive back home with sticky fingers. Sonic has gone downhillwith both service and quality of food. I don?t think I?ll be back anytime soon. Read more

Out Door Dashing and received a chain order which in the dash community is ideal. (multiple orders 1 location= more money) . ... Arrive at Sonic when they should be open.. pull to the drive thru woman says "We had to close due running out of coke". - Myresponse was "so you don't have 2 dash orders"? -Response "No we don't have any orders we closed evevrything down". Businessesrun out of items all the time all. But they don't just close up shop and lean on the counter om their phone. Simply inform thecustomer "I'm sorry but we are out of that item and suggest something else. SONIC is known for ice cream, shakes and slushies. You run out of milk or whatever mix u use for those items then you close. Read more

Waiting at the speaker for over 15 minutes and nobody would answer (because their music was so loud they can?t hear anything on... the speaker or when someone pulls up. Mind you we are in a loud truck) . We pull forward and the people behind us get to orderright away. We finally got to order when we called one of the employees over. She gave us major attitude when she had to takeour order. The employees here give you major attitude and dirty looks. I get it?s a fast food joint but they should treat theircustomers how they would like to be treated by others. Read more

Avoid this location. I live relatively close and have had five separate negative experiences this year alone. Tied for the most... egregious are today's where I waited 45+ minutes for my order to find it had probably just been sitting on the counter theentire time (shake was melted and food was cold), or a few months back when I placed a mobile order about two hours before therestaurant closed and arrived to see they had arbitrarily closed early. I've had botched orders, indifferent staff, andinexplicable delays. I understand times might be tough with short-staffing or otherwise, but the frequency of problems has gonebeyond acceptable. I won't be returning and I'm sure they couldn't care less. Read more

No quality control. I'm having to skip a meal because they got the order wrong again. When it's prepared properly, it tastes... great, usually. Even then, don't expect to order the same thing twice. A large drink is sometimes a lot smaller somehow. Myorder is going straight in the garbage. What a waste. Oh, also order three meals for two people, otherwise one of you is goingwithout food. Also, sometimes you can't even order because they close early. Read more
