I have been a weekly customer of this location for almost 10 yrs. And for the past 2 month i have on a regular basis been... shorted on my order. Or have received the wrong items. I placed an order online to pickup at this location. I went through the drive through to get it. The guy (I wish I knew his... name) working the window confirmed my order was ready and that I needed to go inside to pick it up. I asked if he could justhand it to me. He outright refused. I asked for a refund instead, the guy still outright refused and demanded I go inside topick it up. I told him, for personal reasons, I won?t go inside to pick it up and there isn?t any reason at all why he can?thand it to me. So I waited there until he either gave me my order or initiated a refund. He refused, still, to do either optionso I stayed in the drive through for about 20-25 minutes waiting for the police he allegedly called on me. Absolutely patheticservice. DO NOT GO HERE. The Wendy?s next door has far better customer service and food quality. Read more
This was actually a very good Wienerschnitzel. They recently went through an ownership change and they are TERRIBLE. Service is... awful. They will keep you waiting at the drive up speaker for 5 to 8 minutes at a time before taking your order. The food hasgone tremendously down hill here too. Buns are stale. Chili does not taste right. They have gotten my order wrong a couple oftimes now( total wrong things put in bag). They even want to charge $2 for a water cup. Last bad experience this weekend. Willdrive to West Jordan for their restaurant now. Hope the new owners take note of this as this will fail in no time if this keepsup. Read more
I love their chili cheese dogs as well as their polish sandwiches. The ice cream is also pretty good. Usually pretty good... service, the drive thru is typically pretty fast and the employees are friendly. They are also not stingy with the sauces like alot of places are getting to be. Read more
I?ve had a couple of good tries at this location. But mostly, it?s been more than disappointing. These fries are disgusting.... Either made with stale or reheated stale fries, they?re chalky and the cheese makes it impossible. And the hot dogs, we askedfor chili cheese dogs. American cheese. Whatever they use for shredded cheese is absolutely not what I asked for, these dogs andfries are just absolutely nasty. My fiancé can?t even eat them. Thanks guys for wasting my money. No issues on my order and customer service is excellent and friendly people. The only downside is you are limited to only two... coupons per person. Not mad but the cashier is doing what she's told. Just a heads-up for future coupon use. Read more
Wienerschnitzel is a fast food restaurant famous for their chili dogs. They?re incredibly delicious and very affordable.... Especially if you can get a coupon. The staff here is fantastic. Edward is always super cool at the drive-through. If you neverbeen I would stay away from the hamburgers they always seem to be very dry and go with what they?re famous for. Read more
