We've eaten here many times. Food quality is declining. Chicken wings were ice cold on my plate within 5 minutes of sitting... down. Had to return all our fries because they were so chewy and cold. Will not return to this location for at least a year. Seeif they will make their food fresh again. Spend $53 for 3 people . Very unsatisfied for the amount of $ spent. I love zaxbys?s, but honestly this location keeps messing up my order over and over lately. The past three visits i have... ordered the exact same thing and i they keep messing it up. The first time they messed it up was fine with me no big deal, thenagain I came back for the second time ordered the exact same thing and they messed it up again?.. you would think that maybethird times the charm right? Tried this place twice with higher hopes on the second go around. Location is easy to spot from the road but a bit difficult to... navigate into the parking lot to get to it. Food is decent not bad but never seems to come out ?hot?. Both times I went throughthe drive through service was meh. Today was my first experience here. The taste of the food was ok. However, the service was garbage. I waited 30 min in the... lobby. When I finally asked about my order they grabbed it from the back counter. Why didn't they put it on the online orderrack? Isn't that what it's there for? They knew I was waiting. I ordered a Cobb salad. They gave me a garden salad. I orderedwings with 3 different sauces. They were all covered in only 1 sauce. For a fast food place that has a 6 page application youwould think they could hire staff that can get your order right. I'll be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. Read more

1. Traditional wings means bone in... not sauceless. 1.5 Where's the sauce/flavor 2. Where's the meat? 3. Dry.... sooooooo... dry 4. Clearly frozen to fried.
