One of my favorite pizza chains. Never have any quality issues with them. Good consistent product Edit: after some years since... my original review I I wanted to say i absolutely stand firm on the 5 stars for this restaurant. Service was fast and awesomeevery time. Even if a mistake happened the bent over to fix it and showed they truly cared about the quality of what they do.Don?t see this often in chains but this one is definitely run well top to bottom. It's a hit and miss. Sometimes I get the pizza on time and others it takes over an hour and a half to get my order. Mind you I... live less than a mile away. The staff was friendly and nice. You could tell they were slammed tonight however the pizza was just drenched in grease. I know... pizza is greasy but we had to literally wipe the bottom of the pizza off with paper towels and dab the top just to eat it andstill have more grease than a Brooklyn style pizza. I would definitely try it again and hope it's different next time! Read more
Abigail was the delivery driver for my order she was very rude and disrespectful. She was confused on the location and asked for... redirection, but as I gave the directions she had an attitude. I was sympathetic at first, but then I walked up to recieve myorder. Then she got out and said ?you don?t have to run up on my car? this happened as she dropped my sauce into the puddle onthe ground. Then I told her to keep it and we both went on about our day, but needless to say I will never order delivery fromthem ever again. Compared to other Hungry Howie?s stores, This store is phenomenal. The staff is great and I?m never disappointed with my pizza.... They never short you on seasonings and toppings. The crust is always done just right. If in Jacksonville, I recommend you usethis location. Best Hungry Howie?s I?ve been to. Read more
Pizza is great. Flavored crusts are awesome. And the manager Mike is really great! We order occasionally with normally no error... but this time when there was he fixed it without a problem and was very understanding of my frustration. Read more
Always great pizza! We?ve only had one issue here and the manager corrected it as soon as they could and gave us great customer... service! Our issue was a mix up of orders on a busy night. We?ve ordered from here probably 10 times and always have great pizzaand they?re usually pretty quick! Read more
We ordered a pizza 20 minutes ahead of time, got here and waited 10, the pizza was ready but one of the workers got off their... shift and decided to take it home for free so we waited 20 more. Great establishment Read more
