Every time I order online my food is never even started. I came inside and waited and she still did not start making my sub.... Instead she took other customers before making my food. Then when I asked to just get a refund for my food since I watched thatthey weren?t going to make it they said they don?t know if they can. Was there last night and today. The staff last night were on point, one took my order while the other cleaned.. Today these... women were extremely fast, and in sync with each other's movements on making everyone's meals.. 3 drive thru orders, 3 ppl infront of me in line, and I was out of there within 10 min! This was the nastiest experience I've ever had at a subway. The staff were short and unfriendly and lacked basic hygiene. While... making our order, I told the girl we had allergies and needed the knife changed or cleaned before preparing one of our subs. Shejust shrugged and used the dirty knife anyways. When I pointed this out she shrugged again because it's not like they had enoughmeatballs to make another one. The same girl proceeded to sneeze all over the next sub as she was wrapping it. No deflection, nohead turn or shoulder coughs for her, just hacked all over the sandwich in her hand. Absolutely disgusting. Pulled up at sign to order. Waiting a very long time. Because no one ever asked me for my order I pulled forward to the window... because a few mo ths back the speaker was broke. Then waited a few more minutes a rude person said can I help you. Gave thenperson my complete order then she proceeded to give me a hard time because they cant take my order at the window. WOW.
