They customer service sucks and they lock therevdoors before there closing time and won't open...yall need an real manager there... when it's closing time and this is not an one time situation....it has happen numerous times. Read more

Every time I order online my food is never even started. I came inside and waited and she still did not start making my sub.... Instead she took other customers before making my food. Then when I asked to just get a refund for my food since I watched thatthey weren?t going to make it they said they don?t know if they can. The overall service is just terrible and at this point theplace should close. Read more

Was there last night and today. The staff last night were on point, one took my order while the other cleaned.. Today these... women were extremely fast, and in sync with each other's movements on making everyone's meals.. 3 drive thru orders, 3 ppl infront of me in line, and I was out of there within 10 min! My sandwich was fresh and tasted great! And My groceries didn't meltin the car, great service! Thanks! Read more

This was the nastiest experience I've ever had at a subway. The staff were short and unfriendly and lacked basic hygiene. While... making our order, I told the girl we had allergies and needed the knife changed or cleaned before preparing one of our subs. Shejust shrugged and used the dirty knife anyways. When I pointed this out she shrugged again because it's not like they had enoughmeatballs to make another one. The same girl proceeded to sneeze all over the next sub as she was wrapping it. No deflection, nohead turn or shoulder coughs for her, just hacked all over the sandwich in her hand. Absolutely disgusting. Would give no starsof possible and will make sure me and mine never step foot in there again. We'll drive across town to firehouse first. Read more

Pulled up at sign to order. Waiting a very long time. Because no one ever asked me for my order I pulled forward to the window... because a few mo ths back the speaker was broke. Then waited a few more minutes a rude person said can I help you. Gave thenperson my complete order then she proceeded to give me a hard time because they cant take my order at the window. WOW. I willnot repeat the whole conversation here as it is not good. Beware hostile employees. Read more

I love subway but I hate being played. I went to thus subway order a footlong Italian b.m.t and she makes it a 6 inch in meat... portions 6 pieces of pepperoni 6 pieces of salmai last time I checked when i worked at subway for a month it 10 pieces so Ipaid for a footlong but eatting a six inches. I just want to let her do her thing bc it sad they play ppl they think dnt knowbetter but i do! Its also very sad u have a chart in ur face that tell u the meat portion and u still made my sandwich wrong.Also young lady blonde with glasses didn't catch her name. She made a sandwich cash a gentleman out with her gloves on which hepaid cash and went to try to make my sandwich which I asked her to change them before making my sandwich. Host order 6826451930130021 When I 1st walked to the door it was locked and the time on the door the door said 8 AM, for opening... time on Friday the 18th. So I waited 10 minutes for her to open up. Soon as I walked in She asked me What I'm am I having in arude tone. I asked her which opening time was correct because Google said 9am and the door said 8am. Very aggravated sheresponded that they opened at 9am. I asked because I usually don't make it to Subway in the morning. I usually go every day inthe afternoon after my 2 hour swim, But I went very early today. I brushed it off and asked her how she was doing. I stayedpolite during the whole transaction which was very hard! Then we went through the normal transaction of picking everything out.When she asked I told her I wanted a 6". She didn't listen and gave me a 12. And when she opened the toaster A bowl water fellout And splashed on half of the sandwich. She didn't miss a beat and just kept prepping the sandwich. I didn't express myaggravation. Only Because I didn't want to blow my top and get into an argument with her. She seemed to be having a bad enoughday. I cannot provide the transaction ID because most of it's covered from the water on the top of the receipt. This is the 1sttime I have had this kind of experience with Subway. Most of the workers that I have Interactions with are usually nice andplayful. I'm starting to do my swim very early in the morning now. And dreadfully I feel that I might have to find a newsandwich shop. Due to my multiple sclerosis I have to try to avoid stress. Was here maybe 30 minutes ago. Dead fly in my sub. That was the only one I found, I could have eaten more, who knows. Not to... mention a couple of years ago, I had a gastro-intestinal infection for the first time ever just hours after eating at thislocation. So I see nothing has changed. Staff was very polite and nice, but that alone and convenience in distance is not worthgoing to this disgusting location ever again. Read more
