UPDATE! I went to get the order fixed today, the crew made it right, and was very courteous. I added three stars. With this... Taco Bell I will only eat inside. No drive thru. Original complaint: Now maybe I'm wrong, but aren't taco bell tacos supposedto have meat in them? $54 dollars at the drive thru, and I got maybe $10 worth of cardboard and wrappers with what is supposedto be food in them! This is the 3rd time. The 2d time I spoke with their Regional Manager and he had his crew make me two bean burritos on the spot.... Well, today I stopped by and this is what I got. I ordered 3 simple $5 boxes through the Taco Bell app. Not a single box was correct. Received two boxes and items thrown in a... bag. The chalupas, Crunchwrap supreme and beef supreme burrito I was missing was replaced by a couple bean burritos and a softtaco that looked like it was stepped on. If the store had been busy I could maybe understand but they had no line in the drivethrough and maybe 2 people inside. Read more
I've worked for Taco Bell for 8 years and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever went to. We ordered the cravings box,... were told to pull up, and waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes before I got out and went in. Manager walking around lost,everyone else leaning around. I then asked for my ordered. She then stated that she thought she gave it to me but never came tomy car yet, knew what I was driving. Needless to say, they still managed to get the order wrong and they ended up putting foodin our bag that was cold, hard and 2 burritos were put in the bag and not wrapped and a bag of nacho but no cheese. They had nocare for the world and the only one that apologized was the guy that clocked out and had nothing to do with making the order.Taco Bell do better. Read more
