Nice place with good diner food. Ham steak was great and was cooked well, though eggs with cheese also ordered the shredded... cheese was not melted really and the dry toast ordered had to wait extra as they made with butter the first time instead of asordered. Another at the table had the scrambler with bacon and really enjoyed. Great coffee. Service was very sweet. 50s dinerparaphernalia on walls, Elvis statue in corner. Okay. I have visited this place on three separate occasions too see if different days mattered; but they don't. I tried three... different meals, which are pretty basic and a couple were over cooked. I even had to send my sauteed mushrooms back because theywere fried burnt black. I will have to say that the restaurant definitely needs to step up to the plate and hire a cook that hasa passion for food; not someone who just wants a job. Very dissatisfied. Read more
We stopped in for small gathering of older hot rod enthusiasts showing their cars in the parking lot and decided to get a bite... to eat. We were all very glad we did. It was like a step back in time with all the very cool decor of the place. All of thestaff was very helpful nice and happy to see all that came thru the door. A friend told us about their breakfast. We thought we'd check them out. I had a small breakfast, the food was a little crispy... but had good flavor. Fun little diner with great food! The service was very good considering how busy they were and it looked like there were only... two people waiting tables but the kitchen was pretty fast getting the food out. My burger came out just like I wanted with theright amount of jalapenos and big slices of bacon. Those cheese curds are just like little cheese clouds perfect for ranchdipping. Highly recommend especially on Mondays when it's half price cheeseburger day! Read more
Boomerang is always so consistent in the quality of food and service, this one is great like the others. Only one thing that was... different. Their portions were slightly smaller than the other Boomerangs, so that's why the 4 out of 5 stars.. But food wasgreat. Service great. Read more
Is Boomerang under new management? I go often for breakfast but my last 3 visits have been terrible (food). I received a burnt... spoon full of hash browns and the sausage in the omelet was burned. ALWAYS great customer service but hopefully the breakfastwill improve. Read more
