We went through the drive-thru and the lady told us what was on the #comes with ketch up and mayo we asked to take off the mayo... and tomatoes. So we pull off to the side when we have our meal and we check to make sure we have everything and turns out ourBurger was made in correctly so no big deal we take it inside and ask for them to remake it the way we had asked for it and westill received it with mayo and tomatoes and the lady said when she remade it it comes with mayo and mustard and we were toldsomething different at the speakers the lady who was making the burger had an attitude and the bun was almost burnt Read more
This is one of the those better burger kings , I love coming here after church with my kids because the staff is always friendly... and attentive , Alonna who I think is the supervisor and if she isn't she needs to be always greetings us with a smile and evenhelping clean when my sons makes a mess. I ordered online for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait forever but when I get to the drive through their not taking orders so I... have to pull up to the window to tell them I'm just here to pick up my order. The guy looks at me like I'm crazy before anotheremployee helps him I'm find my order. While I'm waiting for my food other people in the drive through realise their not takingorders and drive off. I counted 4 cars pulling away as I waited, not to mention the car that was ahead of me that just gave upand drove off before getting to the window. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for Luke warm fries and the rest of my meal. Thislocation should have just closed the drive through if they can't function it properly. Read more
My little brother always wants to go but every time I?ve taken him, I regret it. I?m done going here because the employees are... so rude, I?ll wait in line for 15-20 minutes, or they?ll all be standing outside by that red car and no one takes my order till5 minutes after they walk in. I don?t know if they?re smoking or what. Maybe that?s why it takes them so long or why they are soquick to interrupt you with an attitude that even shocks the car behind me. Rude and slow. The girl with the long white acrylicnails that had pink accents on them, that took my order today, was the rudest one yet. Every time I go, at least one car getsfed up and leaves the line. For starters, the phone number listed on Google says it is not an active phone number when you call it. It took over a half... hour to get our order today. When we received it, the bag was split open and we had to cradle it home only to learn it was notour order. I tried to call but see above to see why that was futile. Drove back to the BK. I guess I technically got my missingsandwiches, but no apologies, no replacement fries or a drink while I waited. Overall, my fast food experience today took overan hour and a half in total and was never anything but unpleasant. Edit: just got home and my replacement sandwiches wereincorrect. Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Accurate order 3. Food was warm Cons: 1. No napkins provided 2. Food wasn't all hot when received 3.... Exterior wasn't all clean 4. Every time I go into this location it?s dirty & there's a long wait. I do deliveries with Uber & it always takes forever to get... the order & the ppl working barely speak to u. This day I took these photos it was actually clean compared to what it normallylooks like on the inside. I don?t think I?d personally order anything from here myself. It's definitely still burger king but to me what makes a place stand out is their staff. Everytime I've come in there I feel... welcomed.. I'm not sure if she's a manager or just great at her job but I finally got her name to leave a review cause shes theonly reason i come back! Alona is always so friendly and on top of it!
