Disappointed with what I remember the service and quality of Cheddar?s was. Took a while to get our drinks, including the... water. Our server was doing a great job but seemed unable to keep hold of all his tables. Not sure if this is an experiencelevel, or a lack of staff. The food and drinks were good. Very wonderful dinner. The ambiance was lovely. Service was great as well as the food. The green beans were honestly phenomenal... that my girlfriend had with her chicken fried steak. I had ribs and chicken strips, with cheddar broccoli sides and loadedmashed potatoes. It was great and of course absolutely filling. Lot of food. The crescent rolls were an unusual nice surprise.Not used to those but very delicious. The Wisconsin cheese fries were absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back. Read more
Hi all, this was a miss for us. It's not too vegetarian friendly, if your thinking protein, but what I had was ok. The mango tea... was outstanding. The waiter was good. The cheddar broccoli casserole wasn't tasty, kind of dry. The bread was very hard, ifthat's on purpose, then we didn't like it. The green beans, half were cooked and half were crunchy. I want to say thank you Cheddars Employees The male greeter, Jaz, The Cooks, & Manager. Table of 10. And whoever answered the... phone to answer my questions. Staff was polite and the food was amazing & very delicious. The environment was peaceful andclean. I recommend this restaurant to family & friends. Last thing is that we truly miss you guys famous onion ring Valcano. Iwas talking to another customer she said the same thing. We appreciate you all. My Dad treated me here for my Birthday food wasdelicious I had the 2 white fish filets lemon pepper smashed potatoes red beans n rice is really good. Mango tea was good inrefreshing u just gotta swirl the ice for a Lil bit to make it cold but it's 1 of my favorites. That chocolate fudge cake with2 scoops of Ice cream n whip cream with 2 cherries on top the best dessert if u like chocolate. It can feed about 6 to 10people. EDIT: Cheddar's guest relations has reached out, and we had a lovely, quick conversation, and the problem was rectified. It's... great to know that customer retention and quality services are important when there's a problem. Effort and accountabilitymatter. I love to see it. ???? Our server was great, very attentive, and in good spirits. The food was decent and well pricedfor the quantity. Our only problem was the ant population. While they weren't present in droves, there shouldn't have been anyants on the table. We didn't bring it to the attention of our server, because she'd have just moved us to a new table andapologized for something that wasn't her fault, and ultimately, our faith in the ant population elsewhere in the restaurantwasn't exactly pristine. Due to the Pandemic or Inflation Cheddars is out of several favorable items. Food was good just didn't have a few old favorites.
Came here for dinner bc it?s been a while and I was not impressed. This place has def went downhill as far as their quality of... food and the things they have to offer. The menu shows they also have frozen alcoholic drinks only to find out they do notbecause the machine has been broken for over a year but they never bothered to fix their menu and not advertise frozen drinks.The spinach dip was the worst I?ve ever had here. I went to Cheddar's 10-29-22 for a birthday celebration. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole.... The food was warm not hot and I didn't bring it up because we were a party of 20 celebrating a birthday and the waiter washaving a hard time keeping up. I mentioned to the waiter that he made need help at least with drinks that never happened. So Ispoke to a manager and told him that it wasn't a complaint against the waiter, but with such a large party he needed help, hesaid ok it never happened. I didn't find out until the end that the manager asked the waiter if he needed help and the waitersaid no, not cool on both their parts. The food was mediocre the service was not good.
