Employees don't act nor serve like they are happy to be at work. I passed I know 20 to 30 restaurants to visit this cfa and the... young lady with the blue shirt and natural hairstyle at the window is rude. And never once apologized for not getting my drinkright. I asked the young man taking my order for a Dr. Pepper with 3 pumps of vanilla used for the iced coffee and upon gettingto the window that young lady was handing me a dr. Pepper with French vanilla creamer on top of the lid. I let her know what Iwanted she rolled her eyes and added the syrup. No apology. Then told me they don't do well done fries which I said is fine aslong as they are fresh. She grabbed the bag and said here... if you don't want to deal with guests maybe this isn't for youbecause I came for the service not the attitude. Read more
Took 20 minutes to get my food I was almost late to class. When my order was ready for pickup I didn't get an email or... notification so it just closed out of my order completely and I had to recheck the app to figure out what was taking so long. Iwas also just up with my service dog for Halloween and employee kept waving at him and calling him puppy which is very annoyingbecause he's a service dog and you shouldn't have any other animals in your restaurant besides service animals Chick-fil-A AKAyour employees should know how to act appropriately. We came here on a weekday for lunch. The place was busy, which was typical for Chick-Fil-A during lunch hours. We just have to... try their Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich, after its released. It was not that good compared to their usual chickensandwiches. It is something that I would probably only try once. I was not a fan of the texture, because I would feel the fatand skin pieces in some of my bites. Overall, good experience. Ordered a chicken biscuit and waited 15 min and still no food. I ask about my order and the team lead told me that didn?t know... when the biscuits would be ready. I guess they were going to just leave me standing there until I ask about my food. I requesta refund and left. They could care less how long you stand there waiting for your food. Food is usually fresh, and typically I don't have a problem with this location. Sometimes they forget items so checking your bag... is good practice, even here. Today they forgot my chicken biscuit but did give me the honey. Extra disappointing since I'mpregnant and this was my first morning in weeks with an appetite and no nausea. Not worth the 15 minute drive back to get itfixed. Read more
It is just another mediocre fast food restaurant at this point. Takes forever no matter the location, food is starting to be... cold when you get it... the people are super friendly for the most part. It's always clean, though. Read more
