My customer service experience was phenomenal. Everyone who assisted me during my pick up deserves recognition for their work... ethic & professionalism. I?ve never had a bad experience with customer service from this location and if I?ve ever had anyissues they?ve always been resolved. Tonight, my steak was probably 4 oz fat & hard rubbery textured part maybe it's cartilageor tendons. Quality of meat has gone down noticeably. You would think since they did away with the 2/$25 they would make surethe customer is getting their money?s worth in quality. The flavor of the little bit that was edible was amazing & all else wasgreat. Needless to say, my dog enjoyed her treat that was bigger than the portion her human got to enjoy. We haven?t been ableto eat out since we?re due to close on a home at the end of this month and closing cost is kicking my behind and my pockets so Iwas looking forward to treating ourselves to take out for the bedlam game. My husband just started eating as I was writing thisreview so now I believe our steaks were switched because his is extremely pink & mine was not pink enough. I ordered medium , heordered medium well. I didn't check to see how each steak was cooked because his was plated with bacon & I don't eat pork so Ifigured they would plate the steaks with their corresponding sides. I love Chili?s but times are changing, our order used bemaybe $40 and now it?s $60. It?s just so hit or miss with this location. We?ve had so many incidents with them that we mighthave to wait awhile until giving it another go. I don?t even want to bother with calling because we?ve had to call so many timesin the past I don?t want them to feel like I?m just complaining about every little thing but sheeeshhh when you?re paying twentydollars more than we were a year ago it kinda makes you want them to just try and make it right. The food here is always good in my opinion. I've never had an issue with the overall food experience. I will say I was a little... disappointed last Friday when our cheer team came in for a team lunch and Chilli's was told about the even t in advance and anreservation was in place ....they only had one waitress and one cook there apon our arrival. They knew a large group would becoming and unfortunately it overwhelmed the staff and kitchen. Again food was still great and I felt the staff did a good of jobas they could for anyone in that situation. I feel it was poor management with them knowing a very large reservation was inplace and to not have more staff on hand. It took 45 minutes for me to just get a drink and I ended up eating my food in the caras I drove to our next event. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Over all I will be back as I always come to this location. Just wishmanagement would have done a better job supporting there staff and having more on hand to help. Read more
We have been here a few times before but this is the 1st time we shared our comments. Nice clean place. Good service. Good... food. Reasonable price. Thank you to our server today, Vicky, for your hospitality! We had a problem with a charge on thebill and it was taken care of quickly and appropriately. We enjoyed the Triple Dipper (choice of 3 appetizers, served with 3types of dipping sauces) $13.89 and the Santa Fe Chicken Salad ($12.49). Will definitely come again. Read more
This was the best Chili's I've ever went to!. We got the special and I got the Cajun chicken pasta with my chicken well done.... Needless to say I finished my plate it was delicious. The servers were attentive and very kind. We will be back!!! Read more
Appetizers and Dinner was delicious. The Boys had Big Mouth Burgers which are extremely huge! They only could eat a few bites... and took the rest Home for later. Waitresses and Staff are on point and we'll mannered. Love to eat at this Chili's ????? Read more
UPDATE: 12-30-21, Service is good, as is the food. The restaurant is out of several items from the menu and is filthy dirty, so... much so, 3 stars is being nice. Not over the top fancy, good food, good prices and I really like the chips and salsa. Read more
???? We love Chili?s!!! My Son & I order Chili?s every other week ????????????. We love the 3 for $10 specials & I use the App... so we also have some type of reward to use. Drinks, free kids meals & desserts! They also offer upgrades to the 3 for $10 whichis great! ???? The customer service is great as well. The ladies in the to-go area always take care of me. ???? We came in with a party of 16 on 12/10. They sat us at a table for only 10. We were given another table once a family was... hurried to leave. The gentleman that was our server tried his best. Most of the drink orders were wrong. Most of the party couldfinish their drinks either due to it having way too much alcohol or it being too sour. We asked numerous times for refills onwater and soft drinks, but they never came. Most of our party complained about poor food quality or got the wrong order. Read more
