We were traveling home and headed to the Dunkin' store itself, when spotted the sign they were inside a coffee shop and stopped... inside instead. The shop was squeaky clean. I was immediately enveloped in the most amazing coffee aroma ; I found myself juststanding still. Even though almost lunch time, there were enough favorites left in the small area of donut racks to fill a flatdozen box. Plus the last 2 Apple Fritters! Took over 30 minutes for 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits but one came out sausage and the other was just egg. We noticed it after... we left. Had already finished our coffees before messed up food came out. You can be served a full meal at a diner faster. Save your time and find a better spot to go. Unless you getting just getting donuts. I?ve started going here recently and both times I?ve been here I have had problems, the first time I went they did not put my... coffee lid all the way on my coffee and I ended up spilling my coffee all over myself on the way to work. The second time Ibought myself a wake up wrap and the whole thing was freezer burnt and tasted out of date. And I only had 4 hash browns in myhash brown order. I won?t be going here again. Read more

I ordered a hot spiced chai latte. It was good. The wait seemed a bit long for as few people as were in the store, but maybe the... drive-thru was busy. Overall it was a nice morning drink stop, not crazy expensive. Nothing amazing, but I would recommend it. Read more
Every time I've been in at this location on Douglass it's always the same. Every worker has an attitude. No one's won't really... take your order. I had to come inside because no one answered the drive-through. This location needs to get new management andemployees. Read more
