We had breakfast at this IHOP on 10/16/2022. We food and service was very good. On a $27.99 bill, I left a tip of $5.01 for a... total of $33.00. When the charge hit the bank, the charge was $33.99. I have been at this location multiple times that this hasoccurred. I have called in the past and talked with the manager about overcharging and he said he would take care of thisproblem. I like breakfast any time of day, got the waffle combo, the coffee was much better than many other joints like ones that have a... big "Mc" in thier name. They have several flavors of syrup and will even bring you warm syrup if you like. Only reason Ideducted a star was the service was poor, I was only person there at 4am and didn't even get a coffee refill. Read more
Was informed the food would take a while, that's ok. Didn't get all of my order, hash browns were black and burnt toast had no... butter. Waitress didn't refill our drinks or even check on us. It wasn't even busy. Stood at the front waiting to pay for almost10 minutes. Contemplated just walking out without paying. Read more
Arrived at 12pm at midnight with a group of friends and I ordered 15 servings of eggs , DONT know why people complain about raw... eggs when I just downed these things like me and Jake in the bathroom . Terrific food, service, and atmosphere!! And to top it off, a sweet elderly gentleman sitting at the table next to us PAID for... our dinner!!! So we paid it forward for another customer that night! It was wonderful to help others and I highly recommenddoing it as often as possible!!! Read more
Went there for dinner on a Monday night. Got seated fast. Then we sat there with a 2, 4 and 6 year old for an hour and fifty... minutes with no refills, no food, no apology, no explanation. Finally I went up and said... if its gonna be this long I have toleave. Was told they were almost done and just had my French toast left. I sat back down and after another 10 minutes we justwalked out. If you're understaffed i get that. Really, I do. But you guys need to be telling customers when they walk in "hey,just to let you know we have a 2 hour wait". Yall are setting yourself up for loss when customers keeps walking out cuz theyhad no clue it'd be hours long for a refill. And if you do make customers sit there for hours then your manager needs to becoming out apologizing to the ppl sitting there or at least check on them. Its just so insane. Honestly, I hope those of youworking there just quit your job and find a good employer who will pay you your worth and treat yall with respect. Very disappointing...salad consisted of lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Philly cheesesteak was bliand and dry and onion rings... lacked flavor. Read more
It's noisy, We were crammed into one side of the restaurant. Service was great food came fast. I'm just not going to be ok with... a place so noisy early in the morning. Food could have been better. I had the steak omelette, it was mostly packed full (bland)of hash browns with some steak. I feel like IHOP is cool if you're young drunk or a young family. Wheat toast was great! Read more
