Twice now, I have placed an online order and it took 30 minutes past the estimated pick up time. I understand the first time... this happened they were pretty busy, the second time It was pretty obvious just poor management and employees did not havestructure. I watched other people walk into the store and get sandwiches all while I was still waiting for my two regularpre-ordered sandwiches. Both times when I got home the sandwiches were wrong.... like, really? I would strongly recommendchanging your online proceedures, work on costomer service, and if it looks like its taking longer be mindfull and communicatewith the customers and include a coupon for their next visit! We made a food order, with drinks I filled my cup with ice and I happened to look into the cup and there was a roach in my cup... of ice I bring it to the attention of the person working at this location and she's like OK took the cup and tossed it in thetrash. We continue to eat our lunch and no one took any measures or steps to clean the ice machine while we were there . justgross Read more
This is the best sandwich! Every time I get one I think I could eat this every day, and probably would, if there was a Jersey... Mike's in Shawnee! The bread is fresh. I always get the #7, Turkey Breast and Provolone. It comes with lettuce, tomato, andsliced white onion. I only eat it Mike's Way (sprinkled with seasoning, plus a little oil and vinegar). Not sure what is going on at this MWC location but it took me 15 min from the time I ordered to when I got my sandwich. The... last 2 visits the meat has gotten less and less also. I usually eat here 1-2 times a week but don?t like being underwhelmed andovercharged. $28 for a giant and regular and now they are skimping on the meat. Back to Jimmie Johns I go! Read more

So I had ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub with no chz and when they called my name for my sandwich so I could add more... toppings it was already wrapped and the employee was trying to give it to me but I had polite told him I did want it mikes way!He makes it mikes way and gives me my sandwich and I go to sit down and take a bite but then I realize there is Chz on mysandwich which I told then I didn?t want at the beginning lol so u had them go make my sandwich over and they did but this timethey didn?t make it Mike way lol there was no oil or vinegar or oregano it was so sad and tbh it hurt my feelings more thenanything because I remember when jersey mikes was good and I never had to complain but I just didn?t feel the love or time theyuse to put in their sandwiches, my sandwich tasted rushed and sloppy and tbh the service was that good either the only employeewho actually seemed like she cared was a young girls with very short hair.
