I ordered the box meal #2 and I requested 3 piece x crispy thighs, meal comes with one side, one biscuit, and medium drink for... $9.00 ish. I gave my debit card to pay and was not told a price nor given a receipt. I get home and they messed up my orderand charged me $12.00. I did Not get my biscuit, they gave me Diet Pepsi when I ordered regular, and made a substitute on mychicken without asking or informing me. I tried calling to speak with someone but they never answered the phone. OverallHorrible experience. Sorry about the poor review, next time answer the phone. Read more
Went through drive through for 3 wings and a biscuit. Got home only wings no biscuit! How can you mess up at order of two items... by leaving one out!?! No excuse for poor quality control. Read more

I have frequented this location ever since I started attending a nearby university, and whenever this person, a dark man who at... least works on Mondays and Wednesdays (so management knows who I'm referring to), my order is always incorrect. I ordered bigserving of mashed potatoes with gravy, Mac and cheese, and a drink. I had to ask for the salt he forgot and I didn't noticeuntil I got back to school that the soda tasted terrible (it always does at KFC), and that he had given me a sizable bowl ofsolely gravy. I made the mistake of thinking I would dine in, as I kept standing there being told I'll be with you in a bit over and over, I... watched as even customers ariving in the drive thru after I showed up got their food . I stood there for ten minutes while thiswhent on. The woman behind me got so bored she started pushing and straightening the lobby chairs. I left still never evenhaving someone ask what I was there for. When I was a district manager for KFC if one of my stores operated like that I wouldhave held a mandatory retraining for the whole crew. One of the three people in the back should have been helping. Pretty good delicious food but be careful if you're getting anything chicken related, make sure they aren't raw because this... place has served raw chicken sandwiches before. They receive the chicken raw and cook it. Read more
The drive thru was fast. Employee was friendly. But this chicken is DRY. Is taste old. My fiance and I both got the #9 chicken... tenders, and both boxes taste dry. French fries, biscuit are good. But I won't be getting this chicken ever again. Read more
