Usually we have really good things to say about our service at Logan?s. This evening however, was terrible and doesn?t deserve... one star. We arrived at 6pm and was seated immediately. There was hardly anyone there. We order and don?t even get our housesalads or drinks. We were sitting for 45 minutes before my husband had to ask for waters and our salad. We might have well havebeen invisible to our waitress. About 7:30 with no food still, empty cups and a screaming baby we decide to just get our foodToGo. Our food is out in 10 minutes (imagine that). You could tell our food was tossed in boxes, and they rushed the cookingfor rest of our food. My husband asked for his steak to be ?done? and this is what was sent home with us. By far the worst service I've ever had this lady was acting like we were bothered she couldn't get it together she kept on... messing up on my drink brought us two different tickets wasn't friendly but was friendly to all her other tables wasn't worriedabout getting are drink right she wasn't worried about if our food was correct she didn't even tell us her name we had to get aname off the ticket but she introduced herself to the table in front of us and the manager was no help and this is my first timecoming here my gf so excited bring me here was a waste of my money. 3rd time eating here, had to send food back twice previous visits due to food being cold, couple next to me on this visit had to... send back due to food being cold. I had let management know if I had to send back this time, not eating here. So the dish I gotwas one of their premier dishes, blackened salmon, but salmon wasn't blackened, cream sauce was bland, green beans tasted likethey were out of a can without any flavor, and grilled shrimp, you can see for yourself in pics, wasn't grilled. Needless tosay having multiple experiences eating at logans from multiple locations, this is by far the worse one. Great place to get adrink, not so much for food! Read more
I'm a tubie, so I can't eat at places that don't have an outlet I can use. I use the outlet to blend my food. Logan's had 1... available, but it was up high. So the host got up on the seat and plugged in my blender. The staff that helped us were soawesome! Our waitress checked on us more than any other servers have in the past. My husband had a steak and baked potato. Hissteak was cooked right, but it had no seasonings at all. I had the chopped steak stacked on top of mashed potatoes with mushroomgravy. It was good, but you can't see the portion of potatoes holding up the steak. It looks as if it's just a half serving. Themushroom gravy was really good and they didn't skimp on the mushrooms. Our waitress had been employed there over 10 years. Herexperience has made her more attentive. She deserves a really good tip. You won't be disappointed! Read more
