First time at any Marcos. Couldn?t park close as we are handicapped-NO HANDICAP parking!-but the front 2 spots are reserved for... curb side! I guess they don?t want to inconvenience their fully capable customers by having them park 2 spots down especiallysice they just sit in their car and don?t get out to go inside. So as handicapped customers, we had to park the furthest away. The young lady taking our order was pleasant yet, seemed hurried and very uninformative. Although we announced it was our firsttime at any Marcos, no explanation of any on any process or items was offered to introduce us to our new experience. We had toask many questions in the ordering process. We ordered salads and was never asked about our choices of dressings. We had to askabout drinks. We were told that they didn?t have a fountain and not given any indication that we had to get the bottles from acooler. We were told it would be 20 minutes for our order. At the 35 minutes later mark, we decided to go to the counter andask for our salads. She bagged them up for us, forgetting forks. We received our pizza after 40 minutes. We tried thecauliflower crust which was nice and crispy. However, the pizza desperately needed salt and pepper. After yet another trip upto the counter, we were told ?we don?t have salt and pepper?.???? We might try another location in the future just to be fairbut it?s not looking real good at this point. Everything pizza, Italian sandwich, and cheesy bread. It was all good. Next time will specify extra sauce on pizza.
Two words "Pizza Bowl" I love the pizza bowl and order it often. I am not crazy about the regular pizza it was doughie and way... to dense. Honestly I do not eat alot of bread. The meat lover pizza bowl is my favorite. Read more

Update: Store manager contacted me to ask for input to better the store and apologized for the quality. Franchise owner sent me... a hand written coupon and typed letter regarding the issue. I appreciate the effort and understand that these things sometimesjust happen. Hoping to use the coupon and have a better experience. I am satisfied with the customer service and will updatethis further when I order next. Old: Use to be pretty good. But this time my pizza cheese was sliding everywhere, it had somelarge bubbles (one of which popped and was just a hole filled with sauce) and just looked like a mess. REALLY wanted to sit down with one of your DELICIOUS pizzas and chill out, but we were informed y'all no longer stock fountain... sodas. Without refills, it makes it impossible to just chill out. I'm not ruling you out for the FEW times I get one to go, but monthly lunches with you are now out of the question. You will be missed. Worst customer service ever received. Ordered a pizza online and waited almost an hour and a half for the delivery. I never... received it so I called and that was when they were conveniently putting it in the oven. My kids ended up eating something elsefor dinner waiting for this pizza. I will never order from this location again. Read more
