I will give 5 stars for customer service. The employees are really nice and courteous. Unfortunately I have to give a 2 for the... pizza and salad bar buffet. One, the salad mix is awful. Tatses like the bag it come in ...like about to spoil taste. Themushrooms are all turning dark. Yuck. Then you make pizza so greesy. The Buffalo chicken pizza was so spicy, way too muchBuffalo sauce. The past few times its been fairly light and I was able to eat it. Today was nasty. Greesy and flimsy floppy. Iwish the pizzas were more consistent. Read more
Food was cold, nasty and order was wrong n cudnt get anyone to answer a phone n wen they finally did I asked for a manager and... was told Mgr is too busy to b on the phone n girl wudnt take a message to hav the Mgr call back. Will never order from hereagain. Will be ordering from Maggiano's from now on. At least Maggiano's is gud, hot, and tastes like Italian food not like sum1has never cooked Italian foods and burned like this place. Not happy ordered chef salad and cheese bread. At first I received a salad with no meat then I told the person helping me I... should have meat so they took it back and just threw the stuff on the salad.I didn't get and croutons or crackers. The food is inexpensive and a great place for lunch. They have a pizza buffet with a salad bar for about $11, which includes a... drink. The freshness of the pizza is a little hit or miss. It just depends on what time you get there and how frequently theyare replacing pizzas. Well guys, apparently this is a light sauce, extra cheese and extra black olives pizza at the Mazzio's in Midwest City (Gateway... Plaza)! Its happened a couple of times before and we've called them and they made them the correct way. The thing is, we have totake the one that's wrong back and pick up the correct one. I'm leaving a review this time so that maybe, just MAYBE, they willstart paying attention and do it right the first time. Its really not that hard if you think about it. DO BETTER GUYS!! Read more
