I normally receive great service from this location. Tonight was completely opposite. The line moved way slower than normal. ... The lady at the 2nd window only gave me half of my order. I parked and went in to get it corrected and there was someone elsefrom the drive thru trying to get their order corrected. This as well took longer than usual. While waiting, I heard one of theworker's say "Black people always complain about their order. Never satisfied." People would not have to complain if the orderwas done right the first time. I ordered a QPC deluxe. there was a piece missing of bun and there was mayonnaise all over theinside and on the outside of the box. I truly hope this was just a bad day and they get back to restaurant I'm familiar with. Read more

This McDonald's are thieves! Here's why, I paid the lady at the window with a card. It took forever, she kept saying machine... slow, well I watched her insert that card 4 different times and of course my bank finally declines because uh hello 4 chargescoming through from McDonald's, well I tell her she put the card in their too much and that's why it declined. She got mad thatI let her know about it and got an attitude. I gave her another card to pay for my breakfast. Now I have charges on both cardsfor one purchase. Thanks alot you thieves. I placed an order for a latte via the app because I wanted to be able to be in and out quickly. I stood inside for 9 minutes... waiting for my coffee. There were maybe 3 other guests there and they were not busy. I watched my latte get walked around beforethey offered it to me. Frustrating! Read more

I love this location. There's an older lady who takes the money...short Grey hair, grandma type. She is always so very sweet.... Then ar the pick up window, great customer service as well. Plus our food always comes out right. No mistakes. Plus they have noissues when I ask politely for 2 sweet and sour packets for my crispy chicken sandwich and my fries. They are always courteous.Whoever their training manager and store manager is, they're doing an amazing job teaching their employees how to treatcustomers. Good job ya'll! ???? Read more
