food was good...curbside #4 pickup was so Dark no lights on that side of building and bunch of cats in parking lot waiting on... scraps or something. So dark employee tripped over uneven surface in drive thru. Turn on some lights already @ night timecurbside pickup area,safety issue and concern. Read more
Do employees actually work here? Wow because we can sit at the drive thru for a super long time and no one take our order. Open... 24 hours, when exactly is that?? This is the worst store ever. They decide when they are closing and when they want to leave.Franchise need to better look into this store or corporate come in and fire everyone and get better employees. It was McDonald's so it was consistent with McDonald's. It was clean. They were really busy (from pick up, delivery, and... drive thru) and it took longer than I thought it should have but again, they were busy. Didn't like that the in personcustomers seemed to take a back seat to all the virtual orders. Just close the lobby and only do virtual if you don't want inperson customers. Wasn't just me, other folks in line were being ignored as well. Read more
I stopped here after going to the grocery store and picking up items. I went inside because of a longer line in the Drive-Thru.... I was greeted by an employee and he took my order. He was very pleasant nice and talkative. I was very pleasantly surprised withhis customer service. They had my order ready before I was able to fill my drink cup and get it ready to leave. All employeesthat I spoke to were nice pleasant and helpful. I recommend this store because of the friendliness of the employees. We'll go tothis McDonald's anytime I'm in this area. Read more
If 1/4 star were possible... this store wouldn't even rate that. This one has the longest wait times but people are forced to... this one because it is 24 hours. They will confirm your order only to get it wrong. The phone number is disconnected. Thecashier wants to play games. More than once the food is undercooked or been sitting. The coffee isn't hot because they pouredit when you ordered it 15 minutes ago. This morning was a 40 minute wait unless you were dooredash. Avoid this store 1118. Read more
Honestly pretty disappointed. I ordered online for pick up. As you can see I ordered extra pickles and only got a single pickle.... I know they most likely cook their chicken ahead of time because it typically takes awhile, no big deal. However, this chickenwas hard and dry like it had been sitting since lunch, I ordered at 6pm. 2 stars because the fries and happy meals I ordered forthe kids were fresh. Read more
I got the special the two for $3 and remember the good old days, when a double cheeseburger actually had meat on it. But I still... like McDonald's double cheese it was dry and I didn't get it the way I asked, but I still have liked it. Kelp me going while Iwaited to go home and eat real food. Read more
