They're slow but they always get my order correct. Only giving 3 stars because tonight they tried telling me my $20 bill that I... literally just got from an ATM 30 minutes prior was fake because the color wasn't showing. I was a restaurant manager and I haveworked with money at every job I've ever had. If it was fake the marker would turn it dark blue or black. I didn't appreciatebeing looked at like I was some sort of con artist. I came home and double checked the bill. It is 100% real. It's from 2001, somaybe that's why? I was going to get a couple of sandwiches. I waited in line for several minutes, cars that were in front of me left without... ordering. I finally got to the speaker and waited for them to take my order, nothing. I asked if anyone was there, the younglady answered I'm sorry but we can't take any orders bc something about the computer, it should only take about 15 minutes orso. There were several cars behind me and about 4 to 5 cars that were in front of me left. So I left bc I was not going to waitthat long. Read more
Never in my life have I dealt with what I just did at this McDonald's location in mwc (Reno) approximately 10 minutes ago. I... order my food in the drive through just to get to the pay window and the girl working literally accused me of having fake money.Laughed in my face several times slamming the drive thru window on me as she goes to tell everyone else in the building I'mtrying to pass fake money just for a manager to come to the window and as my husband is telling him it's not fake money themanager says to us "I'm not dealing with you get outta here ".... All my husband was doing was trying to tell him and everyoneelse crowded around the window it wasn't fake money they refused our money and told us to leave. Very unprofessional people andobviously they need to return to school to see what all money looks like. And not to accuse people of anything without facts. When this one first opened less than a year ago it was good, the staff was friendly and service was decent. Now it's slow.. like... expect a 30 minute or more wait in a Drive Thru FAST FOOD line. My food almost always has something wrong and the fries arenever fresh. So disappointed in this location. I miss the McDonald's brand I grew up with. It sucks now. Read more
Normally, l give fast food restaurants a pass, however, the other day I went through the drive ordered a Big mac meal. Took over... 20mins in line. I was the fifth car. I got my order and drove away. When I pulled my sandwich out and started eating I couldtell something wasn't right so I pulled the sandwich apart to find it only had one meat patty the fries were soggy tasted likecooking oil. So to start off the line was horrible. But that is not uncommon here at this location. The employees were definitely very... friendly in the window. But when i had asked for an extra barbecue sauce ( I was definitely willing to pay for it) One of theirmanagers or owner started rudely yelling at the two in the window about how everything was in our bag. I drove off because imnot going to fight over a barbecue sauce and it definitely was not the two employees in the window who were definitely nice. Iget home which is at least a good 5 minute drive you would expect everything to be hot NOPE All of the fries i ordered wereold and cold. My frappe had no ice shards in it. My burger was luke warm at most. Definitely finished giving this locationanymore chances. Read more

I did a mobile order, told them my name and order number at the drive-thu and waited 20 minutes until I finally got to the... window. The person at the window was rude and handed me an incorrect order. Then proceeded to tell me "well if your gonna pullup your order and do that, move" then came to the other window wanting the incorrect order to be given back to her because itwas the wrong order...like I had said! I was then met with another 30min wait, begging the workers to please give me my food, noone helped me. I called the store and the man who answered the phone was the only one who treated me kindly and immediately gaveme my order in 3 minutes. This McDonald's is ghetto and it made me cry. Read more
