I went in around 7ish and they were busier than usual but it was no issue. The problem came when everything I was wanting to... order was out and had a 30 minute wait time! For someone that loves the honey sesame chicken this was heartbreaking! Then afterwaiting about 10 minutes luckily instead of 30, the server gives me the portion size of a bowl when I ordered a plate. Needlessto say after all that waiting I was more than disappointed. Everything we go we ask for soy sauce, they never put it in the bag but say they have. It's seriously sauce in a bag. You're... constantly out of Stock. Once they kept their doors closed to customers during Feb of this year, wasn't until door dashcomplained that they opened doors - no signs were posted and they laughed at people's attempts at the door. If this wasMcDonald's I'd accept it, but we pay enough for better. This is the only panda in the area, please get better management. Read more
The manager Ace doesn't care about her employees. She treats them like trash, wants sick employees to be at work, she belittles... and berates the employees. By far the least compassionate person ever, and she is rude to customers. Read more
Every time I go here they are always out of something. Tonight they were not only out of the sesame chicken, but to go boxes and... soy sauce as well. Had I known they were out of soy sauce before ordering I wouldn't have ordered. Most people prefer soy saucewith their fried rice. Not sure if there is a shortage/back order of these items or if management needs to take betterinventory, but it's getting old. Read more
I work in customer service nearby this location and understand it is a very busy area and probably gets hectic. I have been a... few times and won?t return. The reason is the service given at the drive through makes you feel rushed and like you?re anannoyance to them. The short middle aged lady is very rude and cuts you off when trying to order or ask any questions. I orderedtwo plates and got 2 packets of soy sauce. When I knocked on the window and politely asked for some more she rolled her eyes andhanded me 1 more packet. If you give out too many condiments do they whip you or something, geez?! I'm giving this location 2 stars. Panda as a whole is alright if you want fast "Asian inspired" food. Not great but not bad. But... this location is miserable. I only go here when working at base because it is close but the middle aged woman who works thedrive through window is so unpleasant it makes me not want to eat here anymore. She is short and rude every single time we gohere and is always stingy with the soy sauce. The younger woman who works drive through sometimes is much nicer. It doesn't hurtto be polite but if I am craving panda I will just head to the Norman location because the people there are much nicer to dealwith. Read more
