Last year I ordered pizza for a child's birthday. Over a 100 dollars worth. It took almost 3 hours to receive. Long after the... party was over. I called 3 times and was told the pizza was on the way. When we did finally receive it, it was 3 hours old. Ayear later I ordered a small cheese and a medium sausage square cut. With delivery and tip it was around 40 bucks. The small hadno sauce, and the medium was cut wrong and the dough wasn't fully cooked. Both times I tried to contact the store about theexperience. I never heard back from the incident, and was offered a free large pizza on the second. I'm good. Pizza Hut is justdown the street. Worst papa johns. Estimated delivery was 30 minutes called after 45 they said there?s only one delivery driver. Ok. We wait an... hour and half we called again and they said the delivery driver has been gone for a long time but he?s heading to us. After wesay we should?ve gotten a call if it was going to take this long, he hung up on us. We decided to go to the restaurant as we arestarving at this point. The cashier hands me a disgusting looking pizza that has been sitting there for likely since I orderedit. I wanted them to remake it and they said I could get it remade tomorrow. Everyone was just standing around. I told him Iwanted a pizza tonight not tomorrow I am starving and haven?t eaten all day. And the cashier said ?You should try working myjob?. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. They gave us the wrong order and when we called the manager (Shawna) to inform them she... was rude and told us she could not help us. When we asked if they verify orders before being sent to people she responded, "Sortof". The pizza was cold when it got to us and was horrible! We ordered a pizza with "the works" and only received a cheesepizza. This establishment is not worth your time or your money. Read more
I order the papadilla(sp) often and it's always good. I order pizzas and it's almost always good. I was very disappointed this... time. Pizza only. There was too much sauce and not enough cheese. Making it worse was that it wasn't fully cooked. I hope thisis just a new hire thing or a bad day. I like this store and believe they deliver a good product, most often. Read more
Horrible service. They told me I'd have my delivery in 30 minutes but a hour later it still isn't here. Called them and the... driver hasn't even started delivering my pizza. I dont mind paying full price for it being on time but 30+ minutes over I'dfigure I'd get some kind of discount or something but the lady didn't even know if that was possible..... horrible service!!Definitely wont order from them again. Pizza was sloppy. All of the cheese was in the center 50% of the pizza. The rest was bubbled bread. Semi undercooked. Semi... burned. What happened? Oh papa John is gone. Diiisssssaaaapoinnteedddddddddd. EDIT: Since my last review I was contacted byPapa John?s and received a replacement. I expected better than before, but honestly the pizza I got tonight was 12/10. Bestpizza I have had in months. Thank you! Edit 2: It got worse. 6/26/2021. A wet burnt soggy mess. Company appears to fixsomething but in the end they continue the same practices. Easy order online and good website ... Store need some more attractions to it during the day it looks closed with lights off... even open sign wasn't lit. The business next door sign is on so go in the correct door. Pizza was made correct and freshemployee washed her hand and had a mask on. Read more
