We go to Rib Crib 6-10 times a year even though I am not a fan of BBQ. We typically get one of their salads, which are... consistently good. On this day, they were honoring my fellow Military Veterans with a free lunch, for which I am grateful. Read more

It used to be so much better. Seriously I would eat it every day for awhile. Now it?s mediocre and the customer service is no... better. One time they gave me a box of fat. There was very little chopped brisket that I could identify, it was mostly fat andgristle. It was also super rare, as in it wasn?t cooked long enough. Then when I complained they gave me the ?okay but this is aone time thing.? As if I was trying to con them out of a $9 meal. Otherwise it was good and still much better than Billy Sims. Read more

The Rib Crib in Midwest City desperately needs help. There was one server, Lanetta(sp?) who did an OUTSTANDING job! The kitchen... staff came to the dining room to help a few times while we were there. The food was fresh and good. There was a total of 5 staffthere at 7pm on a Friday night. Try not to go when you are famished and possibly hangry and in a hurry, there is no way ahandful of people can perform all these duties at once! There was no bartender and one server, so she was serving the wholerestaurant and making all the cocktails. Like all of social media says: be very nice to the ones who DO show up for work! Read more

I threw them out. Saltiest ribs we?ve ever had. Tenderness was decent, but all we could taste was salt. We ordered both the... ?original dry rub? and the ?sweet and sticky?. Neither made it past 3 ribs before ending up in the trash can. (Minus 2 stars.. 1for each type of rib that sucked). It came with a few packets of sauce.. what can I say besides ?who puts a bunch of liquidsmoke (and corn syrup) in their sauce?!?. - 1 star. The fried okra and the salads were good, so you get stars for those. Pleasestep away from the barbecue though. In the words of Mike Rowe: ?Don?t follow your passion; do something you?re actually good atinstead. Bring passion to that when you figure out what it is?. It?s not this. Read more

I probably won't ever order from RibCrib again. I got a full rack of ribs and two peach cobblers. The texture of ribs looked ok,... but they tasted horrible. The peach cobblers was the worse of it all, they were do badly undercooked and tasteless, it tastedlike a water cobbler. Read more

Just love eating lunch here, the ribs are good, the temperature is always cold and the service is always friendly. I had the... two-meat plus a side. Great price for the amount of food you get. I am leaving stuffed. Read more

Excellent food and service, excellent everything. Clean and people of all ages welcome. We went to Henry Hudson's first, not... many cars but not for families, too bad. The universe sent us to Rib Crib. Come to Rib Crib first, people. Read more
