Out of 4 burgers..all were dressed wrong. 4 drinks..3 straws. There was an extra side I didn't order and no receipt was given to... me. Took a long time to get order. If I hadn't felt so ill today..I would've went back to get it fixed. Usually good service atthis location. Read more
The girl was nice but they took forever to get two drinks through the drive through. No one brought them out the door or... anything either. Then when we FINALLY do make it to the window and get are drinks she tells us they don?t have any change. I?veworked at sonic that means 1 of two things either the manager didn?t want to do their job and get the change out or they didn?tdo their job when they went to the bank to do their deposits and get change. This used to be a good sonic but I?m no longerimpressed. They take their sweet time to do any kind of order anymore. Read more
They?re way too slow for fast food. 30 mins for a drink and uncooked mozzarella sticks. They forget parts of your order or mess... it up entirely. Avoid this location and go to another a few miles down. Read more
Food cold and tots not cooked all the way and hamburge patty cold and looked to have been cooked well before order placed. Took... almost 30 min to get food and not 100 percent sure but do believe our order was given to car next to. Read more
I left my house this morning without my water bottle so I decided to swing by and get a cup of water. I ordered ahead on the app... so it would be ready by the time I arrived. I checked in and waited EIGHTEEN MINUTES for a sixty- five cent cup of water. Ifinally went through the drive through and they hadn't even made the drink yet. I had to wait another 3 minutes while they gotmy water. I just moved to this area and was excited to live near a sonic. After reading the other reviews it looks like I'llhave to drive a little further to a better location. Read more
Had to go back and forth to get our order right when ordering. Waited 5-10 minutes for the food they forgot a drink, didnt even... ask if we wanted sauces and we asked when we got our food. Carrier left saying he will grab some and never came. Read more
Good service, fresh food. Edit: 11/12/21 Poor food. Stalemate tots, bread on one sandwich was stale. Dry burger patties. Asked... for extra grilled onions. Was told it would be corrected and got fresh onions. Only item that was correct was the Dr Pepper. Read more
One of the car hops was very nice and friendly. I wish I knew her name. Everyone else working there has poor attitudes. Food is... mediocre at best. Read more
