Oh my lord, Last sonic in Del/Midwest city with fast and great service. Drink was out in two minutes and food was out in 4ish.... Headset was answered in less than ten seconds, wow. Great experience will return. Parking lot was clean, stalls worked, car hopwas friendly. Point off because mngr sounded stressed and rushed with only 5 cars. The second one I visited on Douglas Blvd was good ordered a big of ice take about two minutes to get, the first one on N.E 23rd... street I waited for at least 7 minutes before I just decided to leave without getting the ice. Read more
20 minutes to get two drink with only 3 cars in stalld is beyond ridiculous!!! I paid thru the mobile app ut I would of left... sooner. I know this feedback won't matter to anyone but as a paying consumer it should to the company I am buying from. Read more
My order was delayed because they thought I was going through the drive-thru, but the Assistant Manager was kind enough to come... out to my vehicle, take my order personally, and then gave me a discount along with a coupon for my next visit. Food was freshlycooked, and delicious. Read more

A Sonic Blast is NOT made by putting a sprinkle of candy in the bottom of a medium cup... fill with soft serve... sprinkle candy... on top. You just sold me three of them... all 3 are just cups of soft serve. :*( Read more
I came in on 12/5/22 and ordered 2 chicken baskets. After I ordered the car hop came out and said they were out of gravy and... asked if another sauce would work. I let her know she could put ranch in both. I received my food and made it home and this iswhat I received. The chicken strips wouldnt be big enough for my 10 year old nephew. On top of I?m guessing they scrapped thesides of the the gravy bowl and served it to us??no ranch. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me they were out ofgravy.
