Maybe I should have changed lanes and went to Cane's because they don't have a stupid automated greeting that prompts you to... order and then when you start to order, get interrupted by a rude "one moment please..." Also, you all need to check on yoursoda machines in the drive thru. I just got home and realized my soda is nothing but static. So that's my money going in thetrash... I used to go out of my way to patronize this Taco Bell because when it first opened it was amazing. Now it's just rudecashier's and poor quality food that half the time they get wrong. Do better and I'll rate higher. Not that anyone cares. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible and this one white haired old lady tossed my order... at me and then shut the drive through window before I could tell her anything. Read more
Make sure you tell these people what you want at least 4 times or they will get it wrong and try to send you away with a bunko... order. If you don't see them put sauce in the bag or hand it directly to you, I can guarantee you it will not be there. If Icould give no stars that would be accurate but unfortunately I have to give a minimum of one. They weren't even busy, not evenone other person in line. Now I know why. They turn the drive thru lights off early to convince people they are closed beforethey actually are. The owner is just collecting money with zero accountability for anyone that works there. I guess having anypride in your work is asking too much. They are constantly out of potatoes, rice, and red sauce. How is this place still here? Read more
Tried to order some food and They gave me a list of things they were out of, which included beef, cheese sauce, rice and... numerous other items. I said ok, and ordered some tacos and burritos, right before handing them my money to pay i asked if therewas an upcharge, the amount didn't add up, which they confirmed there was, for each item. How are you going to charge me forordering chicken when you only had chicken or steak!? And then not even tell me about the upcharge. Pretty much anything Iordered would have had an upcharge, they didn't try and substitute anything, or discount anything for half the ingredientsmissing. Highly disappointed that this place would charge their customers extra for not having beef, and other items and thennot telling them there was an upcharge. Order a burrito supreme without a flour tortilla and request them to put into a bowl and this is what they give you. Seriously 4... containers, you just caused your company more expenses than needed. People just think how you would want to eat the food. Buthey, thanks for bringing the Mexican Pizza back, but I really liked the 80?s and 90?s with the black olives and green onions.Can I get a like! I used to love coming to this location. But the employee moral is in dire need of some help. Last two visits ....took over 10... minutes to be acknowledged in the lobby....which was empty fyi.
