This Taco Bueno is no bueno!!! Have given this location several attempts and not one has been pleasant. This time we got tacos... ???? Just seen a sign for brisket. I have not ate there since I was a kid. I was so excited to try it again. However, I ate a bite. I... didn't know what I was eating, but shortly figured out it was expired onions. I tried to call the store to tell them to stopusing the onions, but the phone line was busy. Plus, we hit the curb and scratched my bumper. I will never attempt to eat thisfood chain again. Read more
Terrible place to eat. The young man preparing our food was eating food at the same time. The manager had no clue and the staff... stood around while orders backed up. The taco meat was cold because of using a microwave to heat the food. The chips and tacoshells were stale even after to fix in the microwave. My suggestion to the owner is: fire your staff from manager down. Cleanthe restaurant top to bottom. If the owners don?t want to do this I would close the business. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Everytime i go up here, there always seems to be 2 workers that do their best, work hard, and make sure... the quality is consistent. But i believe it's extremely poor management that causes so many issues here. Drive-thru took 50minutes last time i went, it looked like the manager was on their break when cars were lined up around the building and finallystepped in after it died down. You can tell the workers were super stressed and over it. Wanted to leave but couldn't back outdue to the way the drive thru is designed so i was trapped. Read more
Got dinner from Taco Bueno tonight & it was absolutely horrible & such a waste of $26. They failed to give us any salsa although... we asked three separate times & one of the meals was supposed to come with it. THEN a terribly burnt quesadilla and all the foodwas very cold. The beef & potato burrito was nothing but a pile of grease also. I?m not sure if the food was more disappointingor the fact that I spent $26 on it. SOOOO FRUSTRATING! Read more
Normally this is a good place to sit and eat, manager is a good guy. Only problem is he doesn't keep a tight leash on his... assistant managers, and one of them takes advantage of that. Tonight that particular assistant manager decided to toss me and myparty out because he was closing up the lobby... AT 7:30 pm when the sigh on the door said they're open until 11! How can the card reader be down every single time I go here? This has started happening to me at multiple restaurants and it... leads me to believe that?s the employees are lazy & cant handle their job. This has happened at Taco Bell as well. I love bueno,but it?s nasty inside this place any way. They never have any cups to put salsa in and they nevertheless restock the straws.
