Service was good this day, but the other day. I had ordered a Banana milk shake and got vanilla. At least 3 different employees... did not believe me until I showed them the shake contence. I hate driving thre twice for one order. Still slow as ever. Read more

The food was good but we had a 30 minute wait and when we finally got our food it was made incorrectly. We ended up just taking... it anyways and heading out, didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Read more
This location continues to go down hill, there is no pride in the food they serve. Ordered a cranberry apple salad with grilled... chicken, which only contained a pinch of cranberries, maybe a handful of salad greens, no carrots or cheese and they didn't putthe salad dressing in the bag. Why do I keep expecting this location to get better? Read more
We love Whataburger!! Friendly staff but hard to find parking for a trailer. A little slow on making food but it came out hot... and tasty. Spicy ketchup for the win. Parking lot was clean and they had great sweet Tea and chewblet ice. It's sets the tone! Read more
You are losing a step Whataburger. This used to be a really well-run franchise and now it seems disjointed. Fries were way... undercooked and greasy. Hamburger patties clearly did not receive the signature salt and pepper on the grill. And there's noneed for half a quart of ketchup on a #1 with Cheese. ???? Read more
We decided to order inside due to the drive through always taking an hour and food not being made correctly. While waiting,... another customer brought up her onion rigs which were black through and through like they had been at the bottom of the fryerall day. She asked for some that weren't burnt and was given some attitude. Our food was alright, but was not made as weordered it. We will not be back to eat here. It's not worth our time or money. Read more
I usually give every Whataburger 5 stars when they deserve it, but not here. I had to wait like 25 minutes to get my food and... it wasn't customized the way that I like it. The service level was not that great either as a family came in 10 minutes afterme and got their food at the same time that I finally did. One of the staff members wished me a good night on the way out and Ichecked my receipt to see if it gave me the opportunity to send a survey. I tried to post it but had problems when the app kepttiming out, so go figure. Read more
