Literally 9 out of 10 drive through orders at the Mifflintown location are always wrong. I have stopped pulling away from the... window till we check everything. They always make it right but when you drive all the way home to find out your order is wrong90% of the time it is frustrating. Read more

Waited almost 30 minutes once ordering inside to get our food. Fries were cold and bland. Took my son for the advertised happy... meal toy, which they didn't have despite the display in the dining room, substituted a girl's toy without telling us. Stay awayfrom the Mifflintown, Pa location...they are always very slow, inaccurate, and food is not good. Read more

They got the order right and quickly at the drive-through. I have noticed with them and other fast food restaurants the food is... not as hot and fresh as it used to be. Read more

I have to give this McDonald's location 5++++ stars for what they are RIGHT NOW doing for our Area M Special Olympics teams!... They are accommodating all of the teams that competed at the Juniata college fall event today, with a head count of 161athletes! And they have done a phenomenal job (yes of course we had this planned with the restaurant but even with that...)!!!The total bill was over $800. And the employees have been courteous, kind and sweet. So thank you to all of those hard workingemployees at McDonald's in Mifflintown, including Sapphire, who was both the cashier who took all the orders, and the manager! Read more

Stopped at the Mifflintown McDonalds around 8AM on Sunday 9/25/22. Wanted to dine in and use the washroom but the dining room... was closed and doors were locked and the dining room lighting looked to be dimmed which I found to be very strange for that timeof day. There were a few vehicles that parked before me and the occupants of said vehicles discovered the locked doors and gotback in their cars and left. The advertised opening time on Sunday is 7AM so all I can figure is they had call outs or no showsfor the opening shift. The Drive-thru was open but nobody that wanted to use the dining room chose that option after seeing thedining room doors locked. We all drove off and went elsewhere. So, McDonald's lost sales because of this. Read more

Slow. But great customer service. Someone spilled a soda across the floor and it wasn't a priority to clean it up. We were there... 15 minutes just to get a drink and still no one cleaned it up. They weren't even busy. But that guy at the counter was great. Read more

????????GO ELSEWHERE!!! Although I eventually got what I ordered, it took over 6 discussions to get what I ordered and... everything was disgustingly cold. This was the absolute worst service ever experienced at a McDonald's! PLEASE! I REPEAT! Gosomewhere else. I used the drive-through as my family and I were running behind schedule. We avoided going to otherestablishments thinking the usual McDonald's Drive through would be quick and efficient. It was 2:00 pm on a Sunday so itwasn't the lunch rush. Upon ordering at the drive through screen, the employee didn't seem to be paying attention. When I sawhe did not get the order correct, I told him. He told me to pull up to the first window and take care of it there. I pulled up,told the employee at that window all of the things wrong with the order. I gave him my card and he read back the order andstill had it wrong. I gave him my order again and had him read it back to me. He returned my card but never handed me areceipt. When I went to the pick up window, they handed me all the things from the original wrong order and claimed no changeswere made to my order. Keeping my cool, I firmly explained what happened. A discussion was made between the two people at bothwindows and they then asked me to go to the 3rd window as they had to get the rest of my order ready. Once I got this food, Istill did not get a fruit smoothie I had ordered. I jumped out of the car and had to walk inside. I saw them find the smoothiejust sitting there. While on my way to LEWISTOWN, I need to use the restroom. I pass by several businesses, but lets face it, not many in those... businesses will allow you to use their restroom, unless you is a customer. Not wanting to stop because of that thought, I presson, hoping to see a business I believe would allow me to use their restroom for free, and then I spot my good friendMcDONALD?S. Overjoyed, I went inside with the biggest smile on my face and ask to use the restroom? An employee points theway. Now finished, and in the lobby, I continue to smile because I used the restroom hassle free. So, I stand there debatingwhether to thank them by buying something for breakfast? Yes to that thought, I now stand, looking at the breakfast menu. Letssee, EGG MCMUFFIN-SAUSAGE BISCUIT with EGG-EGG WHITE DELIGHT McMUFFIN-BIG BREAKFAST with HOTCAKES-HASH BROWN-APPLE SLICES?justwait a minute! I cannot possibly eat all that! What I should do, is see what beverage I want with that, and then order! Thereis McCAFE? MOCHA-McCAFE? ICED MOCHA-McCAFE? ICED COFFEE-McCAFE? FRENCH VANILLA LATTE-McCAFE? LATTE-ICED TEA-SWEET TEA or REGULARCOFFEE. In the end, because there is so much more to choose from, I ordered 1 regular coffee and 1 EGG MCMUFFIN.
