I had this pizza delivered. Wing box is crushed. I had to drive it back to the store. They did offer to remake my order but... wanted to inconvenience me even further by making me wait instead of redelivering it like I asked the first time. She said shewill just refund me instead. So I'm out the order, wasted gas and my time for a refund and no food. Great job pizza hut you guysare awesome. Read more

The customer service at the Milan is LOUSY!! I had to call 3 times to cancel an order. I was put on hold and then disconnected.... I will NEVER order pizza or any food from there. Plus they were out of medium stuffed crust pizza!!???? Read more
Tried to eat here and were told to take a menu to our table and order at the counter when we were ready. When we went to order... another person told us we couldn?t dine in. No signs and nothing on the website. Really irritating to be told two differentthings and have them waste our time. Read more
This is the worst Pizza Hut I?ve ever ordered from. We stayed at an airport hotel and ordered stuffed crust pizza, wings, and... drinks. It was $53. At 7:42pm I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. We were 8 min from the store. At 8:25pm Icalled to ask where they were. I was told the driver had to go back to the store to pick up more pizzas. The driver arrived at8:30. Both the pizza and wings were completely cold and the cheese on the pizza was not even melted. Ordered online. 1 large pizza that?s it, no crazy order. Showed up 20 minutes later pizza wasn?t even started . Drive thru... employee said nothing was in the oven. Give me a full refund for an order that was entirely wrong in every way. My "breadsticks" were overcooked, not cut, and had no... topping. Literally just hard crunchy bread. Both pizzas were supposed to be light sauce but were so saucy it was like eating asloppy joe. The cinnamon rolls were overcooked and barely had any icing.
