The Marco's in Milan has really gotten bas. Here it is 11 on Friday night trying to order work pizza they don't answer the phone... so we drove there 2 kids sitting in there playing on their phones ahut the lights off and hid. This is the second time ordering pizza from Marco?s where they claim to forgot to put our order in - we run a business and my... workers have limited time to eat. So when I tell them they have lunch on me the next day and I had called the day prior to putmy order in to make sure it would be there on time - Marcos has yet again failed to deliver. Management is horrible. Very lowstaff which I can understand but this whole ?not making your order because it was put in for 1140 PM? not AM. We've ordered the large deep dish quite a few times now and although it's a good pizza, we always have to finish cooking it when... we get home. The cheese is never that golden brown you look forward to.This evening was the 6th or 7th time this has happened.Although we'd started ordering the pizza to be cooked "well done", another problem is, we usually end up waiting those severalextra minutes at pickup even AFTER the time we're told it'll be ready. Since we forgot to say "well done" this evening, time tospeak up on reviews. It's ridiculous to have to "finish cooking the pizza" as if, that's just what you're? supposed to do. Ifnot for this bother, we'd rate full 5 stars. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a thin crust and the crust tasted burnt. Entirely different than the one I had... last week. The manager refused a refund without seeing the pizza. Well today is trash day and it?s gone. The manager would notlisten and kept interrupting me and say that is the way it?s supposed to taste. He could not understand the difference betweencrisp and burnt. So for $26 Marco?s has lost a customer. Do yourself a favor and order from Hungry Howies instead. I?ve nevergot a burnt pizza from them.
