We used the drive-through and the food was nice and hot. My fries were crispy. We were traveling otherwise I'd go there again.
This Mcdonalds is the absolute worst! Fries are never cooked properly, and the staff likes to play games with 2 lane drive... through....Pulled up, car in each lane, I choose a line, and pull up to place the order. 6 cars order were taken in the otherlane as I sit, and wait...I finally pulled out after the order was taken for the 7th car in the other lane....Don't expectanything from this bottom of the barrel franchisee. We arrived at this location in the drive through at 9:30pm. We, along with 5 other vehicles, sat in the drive through for 30... minutes. During this time 2 of the vehicles were served, but us and 3 others were not. At 9:55 they announced that they would nolonger be serving anyone else in line, including a gentlemen who said he had been in line since 9:15. I believe theydeliberately let people sit in line until 10 so they didn?t have to serve more cars. I would also like to mention that, pergoogle, this location is open until 11. Read more
This place deserves no star, this place sucks its slow and the people inside are nasty. Came thru drive thru on way back home to... Kentucky and they took 5 cars orders in next lane before I said hello an she said I'll take your order In a min proceeded totake other lanes orders for next 3 cars an told folks behind me their not taking our orders she said excuse me started cussingand said I'd take your order in a minute. McDonalds have high expectations to fill and many are low staff. The people here seem to be working very hard.
I cant ever give fast food restaurants more then 3 stars. Maybe I would give 4 or 5 if they were still cooking hamburgers on a... grill.Not anymore. Now the burgers are delivered already cooked and frozen so they can put them in steam drawers to re cookthem...yuk. Read more
Slowest place in town! Nothing fast about fast food here! Ordered a #4 with cheese & a coke. No response and when I asked if... they had my order said, sorry my machine was down! Wanted my order again and in the meantime 3 cars ordered on the other lane. Guess I'll take my chances and see if Wendy's will be the fastest fast food place in town!!! Read more
Surprisingly everybody was very nice this time. We got our food fast and it was fresh and hot. The young lady that handed out... our drinks apologize for them being so full but gave us a way to be able to put the straws in without getting the popeverywhere. It was quite comical when she explained it to us. Read more
