Avery was the lady that made the cookie I bought there. It was a 9.8 / 10 I got my favorite oatmeal raisin.
Visited this place at 130pm on 4-12-22. I will never return. This is the only subway in the tri-state area that will not... double meat on a wrap. They simply refused. I had no issue with paying extra, just as I do with subs for extra meat, but theystill refused. Then they acted rudely when I would ask for a little extra cheese or toppings. I do not expect to be concernedabout getting into an argument, or being talked down to by an employee just for asking for extra toppings that I am more thanwilling to pay extra money for. Read more
We had a real nice experience here today! We went to pick up dinner after school. One kid wanted pizza, the other wanted a... turkey sub. And I got a veggie sub with the veggie patty, which I am finally now eating. Not many locations have that veggiepatty, so it was nice to see they had it here. It's so good! I ordered online so I wouldn't have to interact with anyone because of Covid ..but when I was picking my chips the guy who was... there said I didn't order chips only cookies and treated me like I was stealing them ..I did order 2 meals with chips andcookies and paid online ..Yet he didn't let me take them. they can keep the chips . obviously money is not the problem. But Iwill never comeback they didn't make my sandwich right and the customer service sucks. Read more
It was a solid showing for a Subway. I got a 6" meatball sub. Although the bathroom is a little scary. It's a narrow corridor... that winds back from the main room. Make sure you pull the handle up and not down. Otherwise you won't get inside. The cookieswere awesome! Read more
The post at bottom was my 5 star grateful review. UPDATE: I live in Milan but sometimes travel to Ann Arbor, Dundee or Saline... for my Subway sandwich. I do not live in town which sometimes makes it difficult to do business with businesses that do notanswer the phone. There have been times I've called the Milan Subway for 35-40 minutes with no answer when they're posted asopen on Google. Still appreciate Milan Subway but had to downgrade to 4 stars....
