Good was cold, gave me wrong drink, gave it back and never gave me back my drink (was busy Checking food) and the workers up... there are very dry. No humor, no smiles, no laughs, no vibe at all. I'm a milanite. I've lived here my whole life. I actuallyworked at taco bell-kfc when they first opened back in the early 2000s. It's kinda one of then things (Once you find out howsome of your favorite foods are made, their no longer your favorite) lol but I still go there. KFC is great, seems like therenever open. Thought they closed at 10 p.m. went at 730 p.m. on a week day and KFC side was closed. I love there chickensandwiches. And there strawberry lemonade O..M...G...love it #DOLE Read more
Waited a long time, which I get for nowadays and lack of staff. So I was patient. Then order was wrong but couldn't talk to them... since you can't go inside. Then ignored me at window where I had to tap on to get noticed. Tried calling phone, numberdisconnected. Very rude young man! Still order was never fixed right, nor was I ever able to speak to anyone. Read more
The time to get food was much faster then its been in years, however 1/4 of our order was missing which in a way is worse then... it taking a bit to receive the food. Read more
My corporate background is in training customer service reps on all levels. Hence, I'm a stickler for friendly customer service... focused on making the customer happy. The staff at this, the Milan, MI. Taco Bell does their very best to fulfill that goal.Jessica, one of the very fine managers is super efficient, friendly and very customer oriented. Same for Kyna . I ordered Kentucky Fried Chicken not Taco Bell. I ordered the chicken Tender meal. The Chicken and fries were cold and hard. To... be honest I had to throw them away. They were out of biscuits. They offered a different side. I went there a few weeks ago andthey were out of Chicken Tenders. Every time I have gone there there has been an issue with my food. I thought I would give themanother chance. Never again will I go to KFC/Taco Bell in milan Mi again. Read more
Failed to give me half my order this evening. Paid for a deluxe box I only got one piece of. This is not the first time, it's... about 50/50. I usually check, but i was tired and when they handed me the bag and said I was good to go, I believed them. Thereare better ways to turn a profit than cheating your customers. Read more
In a word very understaffed. Quality of food and cleanliness suffered as a result. At lunch hour, only one was running both... counter and drive through. Eventually more csme in, but it is not organized and disheveld. Read more
Love the staff during the day. My favorite is the blond girl with the loud mouth. She makes great food and great conversation
